Hôtel Le Pashmina

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel overall. The ski-in ski-out access was extremely helpful and made everything so much easier. Being able to step right onto the slopes was maximumly convenient.The in house ski rental was also very efficient and convenient. the process was quick, smooth, and the staff there were great. For children, there was only one type of ski available a bit more variety for kids would have been nice. The spa area was beautiful and very relaxing. There was a hot tub overlooking the ski slopes which was cool. The ski area itself was absolutely AMAZING! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. A small thing to note: the bathroom doors in the rooms unfortunately were not lockable. Also, there is a snack basket on the table that looks very inviting and it is not written anywhere that the items cost money but DONT EAT THEM as they are very expensive.

Located right on the slope in Val Thorens, this hotel is a middle sized luxury hotel with two restaurants (note that one is Michelin Starred and therefore maybe not suitable for everyday, so in practicality there is only one restaurant). The spa was quite nice, featuring two saunas, hot and lukewarm pools both inside and outside. There is a cold bucket and cold shower. The ski lockers are right next to the piste exit. The in-house ski-rental was good and efficient. The skis were good. The hotel is accessible via 3 lifts to my knowledge. The staff was professional to the most part, especially one waiter in the restaurant who was very kind and funny. One issue was that in the room some doors were not able to be closed and that was quite annoying. The in-room dining was decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, if you like skiing, this is the right place. The price was quite steep but you definitely pay for the location in Les 3 Valees.

Perfect location on the slopes in Val Thorens. Lovely chilled, authentic Savoyard atmosphere with eclectic design and nods to alpinism and the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a very large bed and our own hammam and en suite bathrooms for both rooms. Great views of the slopes! Lovely and quiet despite being a busy hotel with bar, restaurant etc one floor below. Service was exceptional and all the staff were so professional, friendly and super helpful. The spa was one of the best we’ve experienced. The roof top external hot tub and plunge pool were a real treat after a day on the slopes. The relaxed vibe in the bar by the fire with a smoky paloma cocktail and love music was great at the end of the day. The Michelin starred Explorateurs restaurant was an amazing culinary experience.

Simply Superb!!!|From the minute we arrived from the welcome to our departure nothing was too much trouble. ||Our room was absolutely stunning (junior suite), and it was the attention to detail that made it so special. I don't want to say too much as it would spoil the surprises, but everything had been thought out and executed to the highest standards (both during the day and for turn down.)||The staff from the cleaners to the serving staff were just excellent and incredibly friendly and attentive.||Special mention to both Robin and Anatole in the Pashmina Ski Shop who went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. They helped carry our skis and also got my daughters ski boots on, which was just a wonderful help to us both. Thank you!!! It was above and beyond expectation.||The other person who deserves a very special mention is Clemence, she was exceptional and organised so many things for us. Thank you!!! ||Food - the a la carte dinners in the evening were delicious at the Base Camp restaurant, however the buffet nights (on a Tuesday and a Friday) were not up to the same standard. I know that many guests felt the same way that we did, and we were surprised that there were any buffet nights considering the excellence of the a la carte food. ||We ate at Chateaux deux Lacs for a wonderful Raclette evening (our half board was also kindly deducted from our bill) and the Les Explorateurs restaurant was exquisite and a special experience!!!||We would have no hesitation, but to highly recommend staying here, it is the best ski hotel we have stayed at (and we have been very fortunate to stay at the very best hotels!)||Thank you to you all and we look forward to booking again!

The best in Val Thorens no doubt! Exceptional service and personnel, beutiful facilities, perfect room and brilliant food both in the Base Camp restaurant and in Les Explorateurs with Michelin star. We will definitely come back over and over again :)

The best hotel in Val Thorens. We enjoyed an excellent food in Base Camp restaurant as well as in the michelline starred restaurant. We would like also appreciate excellent service of all staff. Wellness area could be little bit larger. One sauna is not enough for such a large hotel. We can recommend. 😊👍

This is a lovely place to stay and a special mention must be made of Patricia, who is in maintenance. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and deserves praise. |The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed and the place clean and well presented.|A few issues that meant I couldn’t give this place 5 stars- the room was not ready at check in time so being forced to wait even though we arrived after 5pm with no offer of a drink etc (& we had a long journey that started at 3am so were a little surprised by this) and also had a TV that wasn’t working, and heating that was only intermittently functioning. I don’t ski so waiting 5-6 hours for someone to come to have the TV fixed, despite being told it would be only one hour and being stuck in the room all day for this was disappointing. However the person who eventually came was delightful.|The common area is warm and inviting, and there’s a beautiful pool area. The fitness room is basic but adequate.|It is well located, and the manager Alexander is very friendly and helpful.|Overall, a beautiful place to stay in Val Thorens.

Our second year at Pashmina and it is simply an incredible facility with most fantastic team from front desk, concierge, f&b team, spa, housekeeping and of|Course ski shop professional. We already booked the next ski trip to Pashmina December 2026, this is how incredible this property is. Nothing is better in my experience!
