Start with the good, ladies on reception were lovely, very helpful. |The room was ok, nothing special, no heating to be able to get wet biking clothes dry. |The breakfast would be rated as the worst breakfast we have had in a hotel stay, we stay in 10+ hotels a year and this was just appalling, ok after complaining we didn’t get charged for breakfast but would have preferred a breakfast that a) that actually wasn’t empty trays of nothing. b) wasn’t dried out inedible food, that resulted in going else where to find food to be able to have a day on the mountain. |This is summer, it’s not packed in summer and they still cannot manage to provide a sufficient breakfast. The manager did try to say they were replenishing, but this was not the case and happened on multiple days (photos attached for evidence)|We didn’t try the evening restaurant after such an appalling breakfast didn’t want to waste our money!!|Will not be retuning or recommending!

Extremely poor service trying to book over the phone. I received radically different quotes for a room between 9pm and 11.30pm as I was trying to align a stopover hotel on route. I received a fair room quote for a family of 4 at 9pm and when i called back later to confirm the booking, a different employee answered the service desk and was rude, gave a ridiculous room price compared to the original and hung up on me twice when I tried to call back. We changed our plans and went somewhere else last minute. Pitty as we were looking forward to it.

We chose this hotel for a 6-day ski holiday. We were really pleased. Even the 5 points I gave for the attention of the reception staff would not be enough. They deserve more. They did everything they could to please us. The cocktails were incredibly delicious. The waiters were very attentive and helpful. I would like to thank the hotel staff very much. The hotel management has created a very, very successful staff. We had a set menu dinner at the hotel for 2 days. The food was incredibly delicious. I would like to thank the chef here. I strongly recommend it to everyone. There is no chance that you will leave this hotel satisfied.

Really bad service! No room utilities, no temperature control (we were freezing), staff were not kind. For god sakes breakfast didn't have a salt dispenser. Not a four star hotel at all.

We stayed here for February half term as a family of 4 (kids aged 11 and 9). The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from 3 of the main ski lifts. The room was a little on the small side and a family suite would have been more appropriate but that said we spent very little time in the room and the beds were very comfortable, there was good storage space and the water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was excellent every morning and provided everything you could possibly want. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we explored the town each night but the bar was pleasant and there was a nice touch of a sweet treat and soft drinks every afternoon from 4pm. Would definitely recommend if you’re travelling to Alpe d’Huez

A lovely stay, the staff were nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the food was good and our bikes could be stored in the basement. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent employees and service but very expensive for the quality of the room and some amenities. The included breakfast was very nice. €20 euro to use the jacuzzi is quite high and should be included in the price. The pool needs cleaning and maintenance. At over €400 per night I would expect better quality. Great location just a short walk from the lifts / restaurants / shopping. Overall a nice place. The TV was not a smart TV so when relaxing at night after skiing all day you couldn’t queue up a movie. Not a big deal but would have been a nice touch. I’d stay again but hopefully get a better rate next time.

Well kept hotel with excellent service. Suited our family very well. Good breakfast and great cocktails! Clean and presentable. Outlook of mountain view great, car park view not very appealing. Walk to ski lifts manageable.

Bad food bad service. My room had a broken shower that I had to fix myself because they didn't have staff to fix it. Would never recommend staying here. Also the manager is very rude and uncaring.
