Hotel Le Place d'Armes

Absolutely phenomenal experience! We were here for our honeymoon and they took the best care of us. Mohammed, at the front desk, was beyond kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything that our hearts desired, including a bottle of delicious Crémant to enjoy in our room. Our room was beautiful and so unique. We enjoyed a room service breakfast in our room and also dined at the fabulous in house restaurant Pless and the bar Le 18 Bar. Throughout the course of our stay, all of the food and drinks were absolutely delicious top notch quality with impeccable service.

We had a wonderful stay here! The employees were amazing and made us feel very special. We wished we could have stayed longer. Zulfa was so kind to us as we were leaving. She sent us on our way for our long drive with extra water and biscuits. Thank you for the amazing customer service. It is much appreciated.

Amazing town centre location, great food and very warm reception on arrival. What really sets the hotel apart are the amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it be recommendations for sightseeing, transport or other services. ||It all started with Mathilde on reception who is such a nice person and ever helpful. But it doesn't stop there. Zulfa and Holly were also fantastic as were all other reception staff. The servers in the restaurant were particularly warm, welcoming and efficient, notably Jules and Apostel . |In fact, the barman and even the housekeeping staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to Bouchra in housekeeping too. ||Lastly the hotel is beautifully refurbished and you leave with a special feeling of having had time well spent. Something that is rarely achieved by any hotel is the feeling that you were a valued guest for the time you were fortunate enough to be there.|It is really like a home from home with the additional bonus of excellent service throughout. |I can't wait to return.

Zulfa and Mohamed, front desk staff, went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. They helped every step of the way. ||We have stayed at many hotels in many countries and this hotel was exceptional in every way, as was their staff especially Zulfa and Mohamed!

Excellent! The staff and the hotel itself is worthy to stay, worthy to experience it! The room was quiet big. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Facilities are also excellent. I am pretty sure that we will visit it soon again.

Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing hospitality we received during our stay. Hollie was wonderful at check-in and was so welcoming. I also have to mention Zulfa who took our experience to the next level by personalizing our stay and going above and beyond knowing that we had traveled far and I am 7 months pregnant. Would highly recommend a stay at Le Place d’Armes and we look forward to our return one day.

Great spot and hotel. Great staff and excellent location. Was very nice and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything.
