The village of St. Paul de Vence sets the tone for the experience of the hotel--it's a lovely medieval village, set inside the walls of an intact perimeter. ||||Small shops--galleries, parfumeries, cafes, gelaterias, restaurants--several hotels and private apartments are tightly, but cozily, packed into what is a charming place to spend a few days. ||||The hotel itself is elegant, well-appointed, with friendly, warm staff that made our stay feel special. We greatly enjoyed the quality of the room, the special touches like complimentary drinks from the in-room fridge, and some sweets upon our arrival. The restaurant was excellent with very high quality, locally-inspired cuisine. The bathroom in our suite was super-well appointed with a large shower with rainhead, a cozy tub with wonderfully-smelling bath gel, a double sink, privacy door and towel warmer that through off some great heat.||||We stayed in the shoulder season (late October) which made for a much quieter experience than we might have had during high season; that was perfect for us as it meant we could wander the village without feeling like it was crammed or over-run. Plus, we had the close attention of the staff given the number of guests was minimal. ||||We look forward to the next time we can visit this wonderful property and stay in this charming village.

Hotel and staff were wonderful. Our room had a private rooftop deck enabling us to see 360 degrees from the Mediterranean to the Alps. It was truly inspirational. The one blip in service at the restaurant where we had dinner was professionally handled by the property manager. All in all we were pleased with everything and would recommend this hotel to friends and family alike.

The staffs were kind and upgraded our room with panoramic views overlooking city and mountain. The restaurant served reasonably-priced delicious set menu. Because the hotel is located within the Saint Paul de Vence proper, we really enjoyed strolling around the village in the dark after sunset and before sunrise (before tourist arrival by bus). Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in Saint Paul. Very special to our heart. Stunning view over the town, gorgeous modern room, dinner tables are very charming. Very old French but luxury style. Bathroom was lovely with a bath with gold finishing. Highly recommend.

Attention to detail throughout the hotel. Lovely rooms. I wish I had stayed more than 1 night. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in St. Paul de Vence.||||Definitely visit the Fondation Maeght just north of St Paul de Vence. A+.

Spectacular boutique property right in the middle of the village. We ditched the rental car and booked a transfer which was definitely the right thing to do as parking is miles away outside the walls if you have luggage. Beautiful rooms, stunning location, wonderful staff, big shout out for Roxanne especially. This place is just so relaxing and so atmospheric walking back after dinner in the lamplight and NO CARS! Heaven! Two nights/days was perfect to explore the immediate area. True to it's Relais & Chateaux status, this place is just exquisite.

Great hotel in the heart of the village, conveniently located in a walking distance to all restaurants and galleries. Spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of space, I had a small living room with a breathtaking view of the village. Service is excellent, all my requests were fulfilled promptly. Attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this place for a solo traveler or a couple or a family even. Definitely will be back next year!

Fantastic intimate restaurant with a fabulous selection of wines and dishes, with vegetarian options available. The wait staff were attentive and brought out a variety of amuse bouches to try. When we had finished our meals, the chef came out to greet everyone, and you could see the passion he had for his food. Thoroughly recommend, but would advise booking in advance!
