What can I say, incredibly friendly staff. Both front of house and the kitchen staff - all so welcoming and helpful. Spacious and bright rooms with super comfy beds and quality bath products. A little walk from the promenade but close to the train station for moving around the coast. My only small criticism is the slight narrow (but sufficient) breakfast selection. Great for a short comfy stay. Probably best for 2 people as family rooms don’t have a balcony.

We will only come here from now on when we are coming to Nice. Our room was amazing. The staff is super friendly, all of them! We ran the marathon today and the breakfast for all runners was earlier so that’s appreciated! We will run it every year if we can and make this hotel a habit for this race too! Stacy was a very nice receptionist , she does the job like no other ⭐️ Greetings. The chocolat cake team 😉

I would give the service here 10000/5 stars if I could. Everyone was very nice but Stacy was the best! She was so so so helpful while we were there and such a calm, friendly presence. One of the days we hadn’t reserved a sun bed (and were trying to go on a little train journey) and she was so honest and helpful (she researched and called ahead for us!). We ended up having the best day— largely because of her and her efforts. On top of that — the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the terrace was cute, amenities were great. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked like many choices, etc. The location was great for us — just close enough to everything that we easily walked everywhere while being pretty quiet. The tram to the airport is a very easy walk away; the train station is a little further but also doable. We really enjoyed our stay here 😊

We stayed here for our first 3 nights in France. The receptionist at the front desk was so kind and helpful, we had just gotten off our flight & she informed us that our room was ready early thankfully. She gave us great recommendations for excursions and places to visit around the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and clean. Our room was right in front of the stairs so we didn’t love that everyone would walk through. The room itself and the bathroom was quite compact, there was not much room to unpack. Additionally, we had to request new pillows since a few of ours were dirty and stained. Overall, it was a good stay and the location was great — very walkable and central!

The rooms were brand new, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail made it feel like a luxury boutique experience. The staff were just as impressive — warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was the front desk team or the breakfast staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!
