Hotel Le Temple Borobudur

Awesome hotel. Room is clean and you have what’s needed for the stay. The room was very warm when we arrived. It would have been better if the AC had been turned on but, it would be a fight between being sustainable and enduring the heat a little. Spa was good. Food was good. Sunset is beautiful and you see a little of the Borobudur from hotel. We went to one other resort for lunch. We are glad that we chose Le Temple. We will definitely stay here again if we do visit Borobudur again. We did yoga too. The instructor is good too.

The architecture and the curved pool is absolutely stunning with its inspiration from Borobudur. Our two story villa had large windows that provided stunning views of the pool and the surrounding mountains. The bed was very big and comfortable and the shower was terrific. I really enjoyed swimming laps in the large curved pool! The food was fantastic and we enjoyed getting to know the servers, especially Arum who took care of us quite a bit during our three day visit. All the the staff were lovely and we even had a chance to talk to the owner and his son about how the resort evolved and was built. And it was just so easy to walk to Borobudur, which was one of our main reasons for coming. We spent the second day going to Prambanan, which required a bit of a drive but was a very worthwhile visit. We will always remember this place and tell our friends and family about it!

The hotel is beautifully designed, integrating perfectly into the serene nature. If weather permits, the sunrise and sunset at the rooftop are just too gorgeous to be missed. The staffs are very warm and always flexible to provide the care that we need. We simply love the time here!

Amazing experience. The resort is well maintain, beautiful garden and decoration reflecting a temple and serenity. Very close from Borobudur temple, the resort offers everything you need to have a nice stay there, comfort, hospitality, cleanest, facilities, and professionalism.|From the welcome until you leave the place, all was excellent.||The room well arrange, convenience, and comfortable. We had a Stupa villa with jacuzzi, that we used plainly time.||The restaurant amazing. Each meals is a sparking of color and flavor. Western and Asian dishes for everyone. All dished are prepared with delicateness, and good portion for any mouth. You can also have a tea time with local snacking. there are others restaurant "deck" in upper level if you want a private or romantic dinner.||The main pool attach to the main restaurant, with a jacuzzi can stay all day long. There is another swimming pool near the reception as well.||The fitness room for those who which some exercises and be in shape. ||The spa propose "5 elements" treatments, with different formulas, quiet room, professional therapists. A must as well.||The resort is a small heaven and as they said, it's not a hotel, it's "Le Temple". A must place to stay, an highly recommended if you want to pass an unforgettable journey.

Very nice resort with nice staffs. Restaurant food was tasty. Room size very good & amenities. Over my expectations, so I would have stayed 2 nights instead so that we can try the massage. Not much TV channels unless Netflix but I did not try. Location has to have own transport as it is away from town. Hope to go again. Just be aware of possible mosquitoes.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Le Temple Borobudur. Every moment was filled with a light, uplifting atmosphere and peaceful energy. The villa rooms were beautiful with top-quality service, and the meals—especially breakfast—were absolutely delicious. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special! 🙏✨

After a beautiful, memorable 3-nights stay at Le Temple, I feel lost for words to describe our experiences there. I am mostly grateful for the hospitality and warmth of the staffs, and the service offered throughout our stay. The layout and architecture of Le Temple is unique and thoughtfully designed, I got so curious about it and read further about the hotel as I found some interesting articles online. Such a tastefully decorated place. I love the room layout, although at the lighting in some areas could be improved such as in the shower and powder room (space to get ready and do my makeup). Other than that, bed was super comfortable and we slept like a baby all throughout our stay. Foods were AMAZING, kitchen staff and wait staffs were very friendly and welcoming, make you feel at home. We had most of our meals in the hotel itself, so trust me that we really tried as much as we could from the menu, and were never disappointed! We had steamboat for our last night and Chef Huda served us graciously as we chatted with him about the hotel and his cooking experiences. Glad we booked that dinner! We also used the hotel shuttle service to get us to Mendut Monastery for a meditation session with local monks. It was such a nice experience. Other than that, we had sunrise yoga with Augustina and that was one of the highlights of our stay at Le Temple among many others. On the first night, we had massage session in the spa and was such a relaxing experience. We used the gym facility as well, and it was simple yet sufficient for workout during holidays. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful artworks in forms of painting and sculptures / stone carvings, make sure to take your time to walk around and appreciate the details during your stay. All in all, we had such a peaceful, rejuvenating and rather a “healing” stay. We left Le Temple feeling refreshed and hope to visit again in future!

I had a wonderful stay! The rooftop view was perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The dinner was delicious, and I really enjoyed the 'Sex on the Beach' cocktail. Great service too!
