We have just returned from an incredible week at Le Yule. The location of the hotel allows you to ski in and ski out and is positioned right next to the meeting point for ski school which makes life very easy with children. ||We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for our needs and the snug area with sofa and tv worked well for evenings when the children were too tired to head out for dinner and wanted to relax with room service. ||The food in the hotel was of a very high standard and the buffet night was particularly memorable and one of the best we have had - being able to step into the kitchen and meet the chef who prepared meat to your liking was a great concept. The children also loved the raclette station. The bar and the staff also deserve a special mention. Flo always made us feel so welcome and the cocktails were incredible after a long day skiing with impeccable attention to detail - peacock feathers and gold coins to mention just a couple! We also loved our breakfasts - the staff always remembered our coffee and omelette orders and were so helpful with advice on where to ski that day (as well as helping the children prepare some little boxes of sweet treats!) Special mention to Marc, Amandine, Marie & Romane. ||It really is the little touches which make this hotel so special - carrying skis out/back to the hotel, water and snack bars in the boot room and evening turn down service. I even returned to chocolates and roses in our room on Valentines night - such a lovely touch.||We are already looking to return at Christmas. Thank you and hopefully see you soon!

An amazing hotel set in the heart of the slopes. ||We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel are so helpful, jolly and kind. Nothing is ever too much for them and they always go the extra mile making us feel so comfortable. ||Our room was cleaned very well twice a day and always left comfortable for us arriving back. We loved how you can order breakfast to the room every day and don’t have to go down to the breakfast room. ||Bed was super comfortable with amazing views of the slopes and the location was excellent. ||Thank you for a lovely stay at le Yule.

Our stay was unique. Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is almost on the slopes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our special thanks to Marc’ team to Amandine, Romane and Marie for their hospitality during the breakfast; another thanks to Stephan’s team to Natalia, Clara, Nina and Guillame for their detailed attention to our initieary. Thanks to Franklin for his rides to anywhere we went( especially for his unmemorable service to the dog sledge) Big thanks to all who made this vacation unmemorable

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Pre arrival assistance with selecting dinner spots, and offering modes of transportation were first class. The hotel location is superior - really ski in/out. We had a superior slope view room. It was small but accommodating. The people at this hotel really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Nina was just so kind and would take the time to ask how our day was and make us feel very welcome. All the staff were that way. I have never skied in Europe, so it was unusual to have a boot room where you walk in and leave your boot and skies. The guys working this area would literally carry my skies from the front door and hang them for me. Breakfast was first rate, and latte's fantastic. On good weather days you can lunch slope side (and cocktail). All in all this was a first class hotel in my book.

Great Staff friendly! will definitely be back, read some poor reviews and was sceptical but honestly couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Nice Chilled atmosphere not stuffy like a lot of the hotels in the town

This has been one of the best hotels my family have stayed at on holidays skiing. It is in the best location. It is nearly ski in ski out, You have to take your skis off to walk across a path to enter Le Yule from the snow but it is so lovely to be able to walk out the door and be in the village. The rooms are also beautiful and so comfy and the views are amazing. But it is the staff that sets Le Yule way ahead of most hotels we have stayed at. They are so friendly - greet you by name with a smile every time you come in. They are so helpful and wonderful and really try to bend over backwards to ensure you have the lovelies stay possible!! The hot tub and pool are also lovely to go to at the end of turning day and on top of that I had one of the best facials I have ever had in the world. We will be returning to Le Yule with friends next year!!

The hotel has its own shuttle (a porche) and everything is thought of. It is ski in ski out right next door to the best lifts to garuntee you to be first on the slopes. The staff are amazing and made my trip with lovely recommendations, excellent breakfast service from Amandine, Remane, Marie and Marc was always there to help us with our ski routes for the day and a friendly smile.

Wow what a disappointment. We went for dinner for our anniversary whilst in Val D’isere. |Service was appalling. The waitress was so busy with a table next to us we hardly saw her. Sommelier was no where to be seen. Couldn’t get water for the table for the kids. Food came before the sommelier in the end so just ordered a random glass of wine. Decided to scrap the evening and head home when I was asked if everything was ok and obviously saying no to that question the waitress shrugged her shoulders and asked whether we were paying card or cash. This is supposed to be an above average establishment hence choosing it for our anniversary but we left with only rubbish memories. Sad as everything else in Val D’isere has been amazing.
