Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe

This is a great hotel with an excellent location—just a 5-minute walk to Disneyland and close to the mall. One thing to note is that during check-in and check-out, you need to carry your own bags to the room, which I didn’t really like. However, overall, it’s a good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to guide you and offer the best solutions. They were also very flexible. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

What a wonderful hotel in a great location to visit Disneyland. We looked at the hotels on Disney property as well as the other hotels in the area and I am so glad we picked L'Elysee Val d'Europe. First, it is very (practical) close to Disneyland. Unless you are staying in the main Disney hotel $$$$, the other Disney hotels are a significant walk to the gate. The other partner hotels have shuttles but they are infrequent, hot and crowded. The L'Elysee has a shuttle but we only used it once. Instead we used the metro. The RER is right outside the hotel and takes you directly to the Disney gate in 5 minutes. It is only one stop and the train runs so regularly you don't have to think or plan it. Also, once you are back at your hotel (the L'Elysee) you are actually somewhere - there is a great shopping centre at your door, there are restaurants, pubs, the aforementioned train station - you have access to things. The other hotels that are not in the heart of Val d'Europe do not. The hotel itself is modern, clean, has great A/C and WiFi etc. A special mention for the excellent breakfast. One of the largest selections we had in all of France. Very high quality food and all the breakfast my family could ask for or need in a truly nice environment. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and professional. We will be back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a truly memorable experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with frequent shuttle buses to Disneyland Paris just minutes away. The staff were warm and welcoming—and to our surprise, they even prepared a lovely honeymoon welcome with a balloon and some delicious chocolates in our room! It was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, with great variety and quality. Highly recommended for couples and families visiting Disneyland!

There is literally nothing adverse I can say about this hotel and I definitely recommend it. 1. It is very close to Disney. There is a free shuttle bus across the road and there are buses coming and going. 2. The staff is attentive, pleasant and polite. 3. The room was super clean and tidy. The sound soundproof windows provide peace from the busy road (as our room oversaw the side street). The beds were very comfortable and I loved their pillows. 4. We dined 4 times in a row at their restaurant because we found the food to be lovely, tasteful and reasonably priced. 5. The breakfast was perfect. Everything was fresh and the variety was just enough not to tire you out. 6. The hotel is right across from Val d’Europe shopping mall with a super variety of stores. If ever we are coming back to visit Disney, this hotel is the one to stay again.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Great location, extremely friendly service, and perfect location for visiting the Disneyland Parks. Although we did not speak any French, the staff was kind, happy to speak English, and provided us with a warm welcome. The rooms were exceptional, great Air Conditioning(which helped for those hot July days), and the restaurant had great food. The wait staff in the restaurant provided us with a great experience as well and offered up a lot of information about their menu and they even brought out our children's food really fast, great anticipation! There was a lot to do in the surrounding areas and transportation was quick and easy.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is very convenient for Disneyland. 25-30 min easy walk but there is a free shuttle bus across the road and train station just around the corner. The staff were all so pleasant. Check in was fast and we were given access to our room early which was so welcome after a very early start. We were straight across from the elevator and I thought this would make it a noisy room but there wasn’t a sound. Also no noticeable street sounds in the morning - the windows have good soundproofing. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean with plenty of big soft towels!! The hotel is right across from Val d’Europe shopping mall but we only visited briefly on Day 1 as we were really there for Disneyland. The hotel bar and restaurant were both lovely. Breakfast in the morning gave good choice and the quality was good. The dinner was lovely - we ate there twice - and reasonably priced. The drinks in the bar were delicious too!! We left a small item in the room by accident and we got a message the evening we came home that they had found it. Delivery is expensive so we are not getting it sent but I still thought it was a very efficient service. All in all I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying again if we are back.

The location is perfect exactly in front of the mall which is connected to the outlet. If you are coming for shopping it’s highly recommended. The staff is very nice, kind. They have a late checkout with extra payment 20€ which is good option. The BreakFast is very normal, but it’s good. The hotel provides water next to the elevator for free so you can fill your bottle as much as you like.

Love this hotel! We’ve stayed here twice and had great experiences both times as a family of four in the basic quad room. There was AC that worked well and the room was clean and well equipped. Near the elevators they even had water refill stations which was super nice. We also didn’t notice any street noise with the window closed even on the street side, so that was extra nice. The shuttles to and from Disney were timely and convenient and it’s only a 25 minute walk from the park if you needed to get back during their break hours. Breakfast was pretty good and priced decently. It was €18 per adult and €10 per child per day. The mall was right across the street and was excellent with tons of shops. The food selections were abundant around the area as well.
