This was an extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise you to be very cautious and meticulous when booking your stay at this so-called hotel. They operate three different properties, all within walking distance of their main hotel/restaurant, but the way they present them online is misleading.
The website prominently features their newest hotel with sleek, modern rooms, creating an illusion of what you’ll be getting. However, the other two locations—while they do have some photos—are nowhere near as accurately represented. Whether they’re neglecting updates or intentionally withholding the reality of these outdated, cramped, and uncomfortable rooms is unclear. The beds are absurdly small and offer no comfort whatsoever.
Checking in is another ordeal. The same restaurant staff doubles as the hotel reception, meaning you’ll likely be greeted by a distracted waiter or waitress rather than an actual hotel professional. Parking? A joke. It’s in the back, completely unmarked, unpaved, and more of an abandoned lot than a proper parking area. If you value your vehicle and your personal safety, you’ll want to think twice.
Leaving early in the morning? If you’re not staying in the main building, prepare for a frustrating and unsafe experience. The so-called parking area is completely unlit, requiring you to navigate rocks, dirt, and deep potholes in the dark. Hauling luggage? Good luck—you’re better off leaving it behind unless you want to risk twisting an ankle.
Service is just as lackluster. We requested extra pillows, only to be ignored—no surprise, given that the “receptionist” was a waitress clearly preoccupied with restaurant duties.
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the restaurant serves good food, albeit overpriced, and their breakfast buffet is decent. But as a hotel, this place fails miserably. They have a lot of work to do if they want to provide anything close to a professional and comfortable stay.
