A 17th Century home transformed to a hotel by the owner with care and taste. The suite case features dominantly, The rooms are big, the bathrooms with old bath-tubes are deal delights. The breakfast is preselected and it comes with eggs and 2 pieces of bred and a croissant. As this is a historic monument therefore not much changed - luckily. Real Maastricht chic experience. Congrats to the owner. The staff is also kind and helpful. A good bed would be a major upgrade- now it is very soft.

Although I didn’t stay there but I went for a gathering and it was enough to know that this hotel is amazing! I loved the atmosphere and the vibes ♥️♥️ I’m sure you will enjoy your stay!!

We stayed here for two nights and had a good experience overall. The check-in process went smoothly, as there was someone at the front desk at the time of our arrival. Throughout our stay, however, it was difficult to catch anyone at the desk, as it appeared that the only employee was also waiting tables in the restaurant. The room had enough space for us, and the bathroom was very nice. Our room had both a tub and a shower. We noticed that the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

Had a great couple of days at the Hotel 👍 it has a cozy Boutique style, beds were comfy!Service was very friendly, really good location to get to the Maastricht Center. You can enjoy coffee, tea and water from a station at the hotel all day, which is a nice plus! Overall, would recommend Hotel les Charmes!

Very well located and quiet. This hotel has been nicely decorated but could do with a refresh as it doesn't feel neat or specially clean. Bedrooms are spar (a rail and a shelf for clothes) as was the bathroom (no heating, no hooks or shelves, nor even a rail to leave the towel to dry). There is a handy car park at the back (access is controlled through a pass to obtain at reception and the reception isn't manned 24hrs - this wasn't issue for us but is worth knowing). Our bedroom gave onto that car park so no views but the town being so beautiful, we literally just used the hotel to get some sleep and the bed was comfy. We found a nice modern place around the corner that does an amazing breakfast too, it is called Koffie on Maastrichter Heidenstraat.

Charming historic hotel with super friendly owner and manager. Loved the de or with old leather suitcases used as tables, desks, and side bed stands. Lots of character and original floors. The owner Jules and the manager provided all necessary info and were so nice to talk to. Only15 guest rooms. We were happy to be on the first floor since there are no elevators. No ac, which is something I’m not used to as an American. Very clean. Great location. 15 minute waLkfrom train station.

What a lovely place and the owner has a good sense of humour and is very friendly. My only little critism is we need (as brits ha ha) access to tea in the mornings so a kettle and tea making facilities in the room would be a great addition. It is so central its great and we would definately stay there again. Love the moustaches placed around the place on various pictures and busts. Love the suitcases as tables. Had a great time and the local area has lovely resturants

At first sight the hotel was really nice. In an old building, the room was spacious, with a walk in shower, which was somewhat narrow. The location is perfect, very near to the Vrijthof en Markt. Breakfast is served on a plate (might. be due to Corona regulations, not sure if it is always like this). Our room looked onto the street, which was the main problem. Young people who went out, came through the street in the late night hours, screaming and shouting. On Wednesday morning very early the garbage is collected. All in all, not very good value for money.
