From the moment we arrived, we were delighted to discover we were nestled within the vibrant and eclectic 11th Arrondissement—a truly trendy and characterful corner of Paris, brimming with charm. Your service surpassed all expectations, enveloping us in a sense of genuine care and hospitality throughout our visit. Despite arriving before check-in, we were warmly invited to return later, only to find that our luggage had been thoughtfully placed in our room—a gesture that set the tone for a seamless and welcoming experience. The staff were nothing short of remarkable. Julie—your radiant smile and heartfelt kindness made us feel immediately at home, and your generous assistance, including securing our restaurant booking for the evening, was deeply appreciated. Meeting you was an absolute pleasure, and we are sincerely grateful for your support. Mario, too, exemplified dedication by going above and beyond to assist us with our TV connections. The unexpected call to our room offering to arrange a taxi to the airport was a touch of thoughtful luxury, even though we did not require it; it is such attentiveness that truly distinguishes your hotel. Anass ensured we were well cared for during our leisurely moments in the lounge, offering impeccable service and making every effort to locate decaf coffee for me—a detail that did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. As for the hotel itself, it is an absolute gem—a chic boutique haven with immaculate rooms and stylish décor, exuding comfort and sophistication. Every detail contributed to an unforgettable Parisian escape. Without hesitation, we shall be enthusiastically recommending your hotel to friends and family. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice already, and I absolutely love it! The giraffes everywhere are just adorable — our room even had access to a garden with a giraffe, which was such a cute detail. The whole hotel smells amazing, and the breakfast is simply delicious — fresh croissants, French baguettes, everything is perfect. The staff are very friendly, and the location is great. Highly recommend this hotel! 🦒✨

This is a lovely little gem very well located, close to the metro and everything Paris has to offer. The room and hotel are extremely clean and everything is done to make you feel at home and comfortable. The staff is so kind and attentive and the recommendations for diner were much appreciated (Pierre Sang!) The room and hotel is cosy, clean and the bed comfortable. At breakfast there is a good choice in quality products and again friendly faces. A luxurious and cosy boutique hotel you should choose if you want value for money and a full Paris experience. The only hotel in Paris for me!

Beautiful, spacious room, super clean, and I've never had such a spacious bathroom! Breakfast was inclusief and very good. Lots of Nice restaurants nearby. Close to several metro stations (Parmentier station, a 6-minute walk away). Parking is available across the street in the hotel's garage, where there have a few spaces reserved . The staff is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to help you!

We had a wonderful stay at Les Deux Girafes. It is located in near shops and restaurants in a fun neighborhood. The staff was very gracious and welcoming, emailed in advance to offer transporation and check-in assistance, and was always offering to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious, including breads made fresh on the premises. They even sent some warm apple bread with us when we left. We highly recommend!

Superb stay, we came to celebrate a milestone birthday and had a family room (3 people). We were greeted by balloons in the room and a complimentary drink. The rooms are immaculate and the service is exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely area of Paris. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the neighbourhood, away from the touristy crowds and near the metro. Love the buzzy restaurants, wine bars and even quaint bakeries, bookshops. Love the design theme of the hotel. Warm hospitality by front desk, always with a smile and ready to help (especially shout out to Anas).

Peaceful, quiet boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Anas at the front desk is incredibly nice and helpful, taking pride in customer service. The hotel is well located in a less touristy area but still very close to the metro, restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely return!
