A cute hotel tucked into a residential street very close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is full of restaurants and bars. Beach parking is free and plentiful which was a big plus. Highly recommend the hotel with breakfast. Just our room was very small, but the location made up for this drawback. A good stay in the best part of Toulon!

A unique hotel tucked away in Toulon. The rooms are complete, compact, and clean, not to mention very nicely furnished. The staff is a cut above most, and the day desk concerge, Gaele, is the best. Although his mother tongue is French, when he speaks to you, you would swear he was from Ohio. Finally and most importantly, the breakfast is second to none.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nice little hotel, comfy beds. Our friends had an extremely small toilet though!! The rooms are on 4 levels - about 4 rooms to each. Level 1 can be noisy. Beware, the reception closes from 12-4.00 (although they kindly hung on for us) and at 11.00pm. Check in is via the Best Western up the road

We stayed here for the night. I paid for a sea view room. The hotel is quite small but satisfies our needs. There is no on site parking so you have to find parking outside the hotel which isn't idea as it's a bit difficult to find parking. ||The room itself was nice. For a 3 star hotel, we were impressed with tea/coffee facilities, cleanliness, full length mirror, good size tv, free wifi. ||The breakfast was pricey - £14 each. This compromises of meats, scrambled eggs, pastry's, breads, pancakes, cereals, fruit, juices with tea and coffee. ||The lady at the reception was very helpful. She helped us find local French restaurants. Overall it's a nice cute hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice setup, brilliant location but small rooms and no means to put clothes away. ||Also a large television on the side wall and away from the wall making it a safety hazard on one side of the bed. Not clever!||Breakfast is fine and staff pleasant.||Bathroom is fine too.||Towels were changed every day which in these days and ages is not eco friendly.||For some reasons local taxes were not included in the price so had to pay this on checking out. Why?

We stayed here with our dog en route to Foix and eventually San Sebastian.|The whole experience was great from check in, to restaurant recommendation to breakfast.|The room was small, but perfectly formed and had a balcony with sea view. It is in a residential area, but that wasn't an issue, apart from parking, although we managed to get an hotel parking space.|The soundproofing is a little poor, but not a huge issue.|The room was very clean and the facilities great.|The interior of the hotel is fresh and modern, although the exterior could so with a few pounds spending on it. But that didn't affect our stay.|Close to the beach... unfortunately the dog wasn't permitted in the park area, even with a lead, but we managed a walk further on and then proceeded to break the rules, as the French certainly did!!!||Lovely helpful staff l, would highly recommend and wish we were staying an extra night!!!||

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and had a couple of issues during our stay. Although the hotel is very well located with a good atmosphere, the rooms are not at the standard we were expecting. One of our room’s key was demagnetised and we couldn’t get inside our room. As it was after 10pm, the reception was closed meaning that we had to go to one of their sister’s hotel with our car to get hold of another key. Most importantly, one of the rooms had a smell similar to the urine of a cat, which couldn’t be unnoticed by the staff. Finally, although we booked (and paid for) 2 superior rooms, one was much smaller than the other. We were disappointed, but we appreciate that we may have been unlucky. We just thought that we would have deserved a commercial gesture from the staff at the time of our check out.

We were in Toulon for a friend's wedding at Residence du Cap Brun. Hotel Les Voiles was chosen predominantly due its proximity to the venue although it's not really in a walking distance as it turned out. The hotel is located in a beautiful and leafy area of Toulon. It's a small property with a friendly manager and staff. The various nice touches and design features around the hotel although not to my personal taste were nevertheless sweet. The breakfast comprises of pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereals, cold cuts and yogurts. It could be consumed on the patio, on the roof terrace or in the room. Our room was small but had a nice little balcony and we could even see some of the sea. The bed was on a small side but was comfortable enough. So why do I rate it average? Firstly, the room temperature. The a/c system is not adjustable below 20C. We were in the hotel for 2 nights and both nights we felt too hot. We have an a/c in our bedroom at home and it's set at 21.5 C. It usually feels a lot cooler. I don't know what the issue is but it's annoying that the temperature cannot be adjusted lower. If you're not worried about the outside noise the open windows help a bit but do bear in mind that at least some of the windows overlook a garden of the adjacent house where two small kids live. As it happens with small kids they love to play outside even early in the morning and it gets rather noisy. Secondly, the noise. And I'm no longer talking about the noise from the outside. The noise insulation between the rooms is pretty poor. We heard everything that was happening upstairs. The guests upstairs were early birds and started not only walking around at 6am but also did something that sounded like moving furniture. I could hear everything even though earplugs. Thirdly, and this is the most important point, there was no hot water on the afternoon of the first day of our stay. The manager said something about there not being hot water after everyone else showered in the morning. To me, hot water is a basic convenience in a hotel, it's not a nice to have. I like it that my daily schedule guides when I take a shower and not the water availability in the hotel. To be fair I need to add that the second day the shower was fine when I took it much earlier at around 10.30 am. Additionally, the hotel refunded us part of the cost of the room for the inconvenience. Generally, a decent stay but unfortunately not without major glitches.
