Hotel Levi Panorama

I stayed at Hotel Panorama for a week during the EU Arctic Forum and wanted to give a big shoutout to Alfred. He was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I met during my stay. Always smiling, always making sure we were taken care of, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you, Alfred, for making the experience even better! A real asset to the Panorama team. And very good drinks you make for me 🍹❤️

The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

The hotel is right next to a ski slope with a drag lift, and there are several wide, quiet runs going down from there. Compared to South Point, the slopes here are quieter. There’s a gondola that runs between the hotel and Levi village, and it’s free for hotel guests—a great perk that makes getting into town easy without needing a car. There’s no ski rental shop inside the hotel, so you’ll need to go down to the village for gear. While the hotel didn’t impress us, it’s the best option in the area.

What word can I use to describe ❤️ Beautiful room, good quality in every little detail. The workers at the hotel is the best. I fee I was really taken care of and my word when I called and asked for a good and quiet room was heard. The window was next to the wood.. it was amazing. I have been working so much so this one night stop just did something with me. Thank you 🙏🏼🇳🇴🇫🇮

We had an incredible stay at Panorama, spending over a month at the hotel, and we were truly impressed by the overall service. The entire team was wonderful, but a big shoutout to Alfred for going above and beyond to make us feel at home! Alfred’s attention to detail stood out—he was the only one who remembered who I was and took note of my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. His warm greetings, constant check-ins, and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. No matter how busy it was, he always had a big smile and ensured we were well taken care of. Compared to his colleagues, Alfred truly excelled in his role as a waiter, demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism. He is an absolute credit to the team, and we deeply appreciate his efforts. Thank you, Panorama, and especially Alfred, for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

Really excellent overall - studio apartments really spacious and well equipped; Inc sauna and drying cupboard.. with access to ski locker and then easy access to the slopes (ski in and ski out). The breakfast buffet was excellent; one of the best I have had at any hotel.. and we also sampled the a la carte which was also very good - all courses were great and the tenderloin was superb. This is our second visit and we will return again - we even saw the northern lights on the slope adjacent to the hotel on this visit. Just a mention about the staff too; really good - offering great service - special mentions to Minttu in the Sky Bar and Alfred, who remembered us from our last visit!.. just wonderful - thnx Alfred. We will definitely be back; see you then :-)

One of the worst hotels. They have no double, queen or King sized mattresses in a 4 star hotel charging €350 a night! If you stay here you can sleep in two singles smooshed together or you can sleep in the snow. When I went to the front desk to complain they asked me "do you want to upgrade?", I said no. They then spent 5 minutes looking in the computer and told me I had to pay €20 a night more, for a room that had two singles made up as a double! Shameful! In the end I asked they send a housekeeper with a mattress topper to make up my bed. That worked but I still had two single duvets, each not much wider than my body… The internet signal is so weak in the rooms I had to stand leaning against the door of my room to have a WhatsApp voice call! When they moved me and my topper to another room it was marginally better but the WiFi signal would drop often, when I stay in a real hotel the WiFi signal never drops. Don't stay here, this is a very poor quality hotel. They don’t care because they have a contract with Porsche for a decade or more and that is a huge chunk of their business.

The hotel is perfectly located just above Levi, giving ski in and out access. Our hotel room was overlooking the slopes and was very comfortable. We booked half board having the buffet breakfast and evening meals really enjoyed it couldn’t fault it. I would recommend this hotel

Customer service: 5 Location: 5 Bar service: 5 Employee staff : 5 Cleaniness: 5 Reservations: highly recommended during peak winter season Hiked the 766 steps to the summit for a beautiful panoramic view, a sexy bar, cozy for all events, restaurants, hotel, movie theater, and gondola if you don't wanna walk up the hill, customer service was top notch. The view is beautiful and breath taking weather during the day or at night!!! I definitely got my exercise in for today climbing uphill, steep incline thru the snow, more info soon...
