Hotel Levi Panorama

The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.

I stayed at Hotel Panorama for a week during the EU Arctic Forum and wanted to give a big shoutout to Alfred. He was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I met during my stay. Always smiling, always making sure we were taken care of, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you, Alfred, for making the experience even better! A real asset to the Panorama team. And very good drinks you make for me 🍹❤️

The hotel is right next to a ski slope with a drag lift, and there are several wide, quiet runs going down from there. Compared to South Point, the slopes here are quieter. There’s a gondola that runs between the hotel and Levi village, and it’s free for hotel guests—a great perk that makes getting into town easy without needing a car. There’s no ski rental shop inside the hotel, so you’ll need to go down to the village for gear. While the hotel didn’t impress us, it’s the best option in the area.

What word can I use to describe ❤️ Beautiful room, good quality in every little detail. The workers at the hotel is the best. I fee I was really taken care of and my word when I called and asked for a good and quiet room was heard. The window was next to the wood.. it was amazing. I have been working so much so this one night stop just did something with me. Thank you 🙏🏼🇳🇴🇫🇮

We had an incredible stay at Panorama, spending over a month at the hotel, and we were truly impressed by the overall service. The entire team was wonderful, but a big shoutout to Alfred for going above and beyond to make us feel at home! Alfred’s attention to detail stood out—he was the only one who remembered who I was and took note of my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. His warm greetings, constant check-ins, and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. No matter how busy it was, he always had a big smile and ensured we were well taken care of. Compared to his colleagues, Alfred truly excelled in his role as a waiter, demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism. He is an absolute credit to the team, and we deeply appreciate his efforts. Thank you, Panorama, and especially Alfred, for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

Awesome experience at Levi Panorama. We wanted something special and chose the deluxe suite at Levi Panorama and it was all we wanted. comfortable for 5 adults, beautiful, special and pampering. Excellent Breakfast and over experience

I was expecting more since the hotel is right on the slopes and has ski in and out. From the exterior, the hotel looks really nice but since we took the gondola up there were no signs as to how to enter the hotel. It was a hassle to get all our luggage up since it was unclear how to get in especially since the first thing you see is the restaurant, not the lobby. After we checked in, we proceeded to relax together at the sauna but they are divided by gender and my husband said the men’s sauna had a really bad odor. I wish my experience in Levi had started quite differently.

Just for the record the TUI staff are fantastic and the trip was a memorable one. ||However the Levi Panorama has really disapppointed me more so due to the lies and deception. |Positives - The Bar and restraunt staff at the hotel are fantastic, breakfast is great and so are the other food offerings but dinner is expensive so i would go into Levi for that. The location of the hotel is amazing with great views but im afraid for my stay this is where the plus points end.|The room we originally booked was standard but we decided to upgrade to a Family superior room. which we called the hotel and booked with no issues. ||However on check in this was no longer available and they said we were being upgraded to a Deluxe room. Now the reason we want a family superior was to have the seprate area so that we as a family could sleep well they said this was an upgrade as the room had a Sauna (which we werent really bothered about) but when i checked their website you can clearly see in the listings that the deluxe is not as large lower on the list of room options, and i base my upgrades on quality and and space.|So thinking we were better off we accepted the room however when we got to room it was smaller, the safe didnt work, the shower sceen was loose and could have came off at anytime and the door trim was falling off around the Sauna door. ||We reported this to the front desk whom said the room was an upgrade and that they would get maintenance to fix the issues, of which none of them were done. We asked the Tui rep to help and they tried but they got the same lies from the front desk. It was clear that the room wasnt really an upgrade as what we actually paid for and we had been sold short then lied to. As it Christmas and the hotel was full they were more concerned with helping other nationalities than us which soured what was meant to be a memorbale occasion. |However i cannot say enough good things about TUI and the reps whom made sure everything else about our stay was fantastic.||Take my advice and dont stay here if you want bad front desk service, they simply do not care or want to help. I will return to Levi as its an amazing place but i will stay elsewhere and save my money. If you cannot honour what people have booked then you shouldnt be charging extra for an upgrade you cant give.

Customer service: 5 Location: 5 Bar service: 5 Employee staff : 5 Cleaniness: 5 Reservations: highly recommended during peak winter season Hiked the 766 steps to the summit for a beautiful panoramic view, a sexy bar, cozy for all events, restaurants, hotel, movie theater, and gondola if you don't wanna walk up the hill, customer service was top notch. The view is beautiful and breath taking weather during the day or at night!!! I definitely got my exercise in for today climbing uphill, steep incline thru the snow, more info soon...
