An absolutely wonderful stay at L’Helios. The hotel offers a truly relaxing, quiet, and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a mountain escape. The ski-in / ski-out location is exceptional and makes every ski day effortless and enjoyable.||All employees are incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. Special gratitude to Marie from reservation team, to Roman from the ski room, who was extremely helpful and professional, and to Alessandr, the concierge, for his excellent guidance and assistance throughout our stay.||I highly recommend stopping for their famous crêpes during a coffee or lunch break on the slopes — absolutely delicious and a must-try.||Wishing the entire team prosperity and continued success. We truly look forward to coming back.

We had dinner at the restaurant on 26 February 2026. My son ate salmon and pastas (with some truffle. sauce). He got a stomach bug and had viral gastroenteritis overnight. I called the hotel to report the issue. [You need to go through the hotel reception to reach the restaurant.] The receptionist didn’t care about the reported issue.

This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful ski in and ski out with their own ski shop! Customer service was fantastic, and all of our lessons, activities and rentals were taken care of before we even arrived! Rooms were clean and well decorated. View from the room was spectacular. Dining at the hotel was not only convenient, but wonderful and well presented. The entire staff at the hotel was welcoming and accomodating. We will definitely be returning soon!

A really great hotel in a great location. Communication before we arrived was good and they managed to resolve an issue we had with a duplicate charge of a lift pass. Rooms are very good size , beds are comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. The ski hire shop was perfect on site, boots are warmed and skis are placed ready for you to clip in and go. We will most definitely return

Very nice hotel with very kind staff and a great location right by the slopes. Great breakfast and the nice crêperie for lunch. The view from the room was magnificent. The room was very spacious. Please note it is a 10 minute walk to the village downhill with a very steep road. The pro shop charges €5 per person per day if you do not rent your skis at the pro shop. We were not advised about this in advance. There is no mini bar in the room. Overall we did really enjoy our time in the hotel!

Very pleased with our stay at L'Helios...we received overnight snow which made the experience all the more enjoyable. We particularly were thankful for the gentlemen being so accommodating and patient with our way too long-breakfast stays (the breakfast offering is superb as well) . The front desk was also very helpful securing ski passes and arranging shuttle trips to and from the village. Felt like every view out of the hotel was breathtaking. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
