Hotel Lidomare

Had a great stay in this hotel its nice in the center! And close to the harbor. We had a great view of the beach from our room. Owners also kind people! I recomend this hotel

The hotel and the family owners are charming. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay in such a great centrally located hotel. We loved the traditional furnishings and atmosphere, plus a good continental breakfast. |We would truly recommend this hotel…and may return!

Hotel Lidomare was really awesome. Nice clean room with a balcony giving us an incredible view of the ocean. I believe there’s breakfast in the morning for $8, which we didn’t do, but we could tell it was popular. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lots of stairs up to the Hotel but the Staff, Cleanliness, Location and old world charm make up for them. From the old guy on the desk to the cleaners and the breakfast lady I have never felt more welcome at a Hotel like I did and Hotel Lidomare. It was our last stop of a 5 week Italian Holiday. We stayed for 9 days and we couldn't fault one thing about the Hotel. In fact it was our favourite place of all 7 Hotels we stayed at in Italy. Would have no hesitation in recommending or booking next time we stay in Amalfi

The USP of this hotel is its location. Located right on the street overlooking the marina, you will not get a better location than this in Amalfi. We had a wonderful sea facing room with a balcony and totally loved it. It's a 1 minute walk from the main bus station and marina grande and is right in the heart of Amalfi. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay to be in the heart of everything. The rooms are big and have a very vintage feel. Some aspects are a little run down though and in need of renovation. The wifi here though is non existent and connectivity was a big problem. The service is average and they don't have any restaurant on site aside from breakfast. Be aware though that you would need to climb a narrow and steep flight of stairs to reach the entrance and it can be a real challenge with big luggage.

Excellent, from every point of view! Friendly staff (probably the owner) at the front desk and by our arrival his wife (I assume). We didn't booked the room. Went straight to the hotel and find a room for 3 persons at a aforrdable price. No more than two minutes to walk at the comercial harbor and the bus station. We found a amazing room with Seaview:). Simply amazing! Very clean, very comfortable and cousy. Breakfast more than fine. We highly recommend this hotel!

Nice affordable unpretentious hotel run by locals. Very friendly. Super clean tile floors. I accidentally flooded the bathroom and mopped it up with a towel, a white towel, even under the toilet and bidet in the corner and no hairs or speck of dirt on that towel. Breakfast was good. The location right near the port, beach, and just off the busy little main street up some 20 stairs. A little noisy from the road below, but the balcony with a sea view was fabulous.
