"The 4-star Lis Hotel – Baixa is located in the heart of Lisbon city centre, a few steps from Praça do Comércio and Santa Justa lift. It offers comfortable rooms filled with charm, a 24-hour reception and free WiFi access. Each room has a modern style and a Portuguese literature, fashion or architecture theme. They are equipped with a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bathrobe, slippers, magnifying mirror, scale and free toiletries. Guests have a welcome which includes water and fruit in the room. A welcome Port Wine drink is available at the reception. Guests can enjoy a rich daily buffet breakfast in Taberna do Lis, as well as a nice lunch or dinner with the company of a tonic port. Absolutely wonderful! the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Miguel at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Very professional and friendly. Miguel truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Breakfasts available are lovely. Location is excellent for anyone interested in historic Lisbon and access to tours. Super windy every day, at least in April!! ||Rooms are very tiny but a balcony is nice for fresh air and to create a feeling of more space.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel. You can splash out but when you're out of the hotel all day, why bother! The location is perfect, short walk to major attractions, bus routes, metro etc. We had a double room with a balcony on the 4th floor and the balcony was a little sun trap. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. However no hair dryer or iron in bedroom with only meagre toiletries. Breakfast is pretty basic and had run out of items that weren't replenished so you need to show up early. You are spoilt for choice with plenty of eateries nearby. Lots of different nationalities staying and reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel itself is in an unbeatable location-in the center of Lisbon, walking distance to almost everything. HOWEVER. I have never stayed in a hotel with rooms as small as this. The door to the room didn’t open all the way because it hit the side of the bed. Additionally, the bathroom door didn’t open all the way because it hit the opposite side of the bed. If you have more luggage than a small backpack, you will be struggling for space. There was barely enough room to walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I was quite shocked by the space, as I have stayed in many European hotels, and this one was the smallest by a long shot. Breakfast was not continental which was a disappointment, but the connected restaurant was charming, as was the lobby. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very disappointed, as I wouldn’t consider this booking “cheap” and also would NOT consider this a 4 star hotel. If location is most important to you, maybe this is doable. If you need space and get claustrophobic, I would highly recommend against it.

Overall a decent stay considering the affordability. Super small rooms, better for a solo traveler but my mom and I made it work. The location is great, the staff are lovely, and I liked the small, quaint, boutique hotel feel of it. They also offer airport shuttle which was nice. The breakfast was pretty basic, but the attached little restaurant was very cute. If anything I would recommend this hotel for the location & affordability.

Great little hotel. The greatest value of this hotel is its location, 10 minutes from everything. The rooms may be a bit smaller, but they are clean and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is the same every day, but of high quality, without any complaints. All in all, a nice experience at an affordable price, recommended.

The hotel is good and has a kind and helpful staff, and close to the attractions! The room was clean and comfy and has a small balcony which is so good for drink a coffee in the morning or talk in the evening. The breakfast was good and it was a huge selection which was delicious! So everything was good ee recommend this hotel!

Great location, bang centre of city / downtown Lisbon. Minute walk from every cafe, restaurant or square around. One road away from everything. Service was spectacular as well. Front desk was very very kind. Rooms were shoe box sizes. Like a couple would find it difficult to move around together.
