A Truly Perfect Stay! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every staff member was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were absolutely perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless, making it feel like a true home away from home. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes that catered to every palate. The hospitality was amazing, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—it exceeded all our expectations and more. We will definitely be back!

The staff was friendly. Especially the waiters at breakfast and dinner. The hotel and the room was okay, not for 5 stars but it was more of a 3 star look and feel. The negative encounter that I had was with the staff at the poll. Very arrogant life guard told me that I need to look a little closer for the specific sign where to get the towels for the saunas. The wellness part is definitely not a 5 star material. Turkish saunas are very poorly made. If u want the actual sauna effect u have to spray cold water on the sensor.The ambient is nice but they need an expert to check the quality of the sauna experience. Fitnes for a 5 star hotel is terible. Would be better it they wouldn't have it. The overall grade for everything except food would be 2-3. Food and staff in the dining hall would be a 5.

Not a 5-star standard! Hotel Levada in Moravske stands out for its beautiful, yet rather simple bathing area. A particularly positive feature is the newly renovated and intricately designed sauna area, which offers a variety of saunas and relaxation zones. Here, the hotel truly shines. Unfortunately, there are several points that detracted from our stay. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the strong smell of chlorine is immediately noticeable and unpleasant. Additionally, water drips from the ceiling in the entrance area, likely due to the high humidity, which doesn't make for a welcoming first impression. The service also leaves much to be desired. The staff seemed somewhat unfriendly and inflexible, especially when it came to individual requests. When we asked to arrange the tables in the dining room into one long table so we could sit together with our group, this request was strictly denied. Moreover, the dining area felt more like that of an industrial kitchen. Another negative point was the bar, which closed as early as 10 PM. When we asked if we could buy a bottle of wine from the cooler, we were met with a prompt "No" and a rude remark that everything was under video surveillance. All in all, the hotel has some appealing aspects, especially in the wellness area, but there are too many weaknesses in service and facilities, which spoiled the experience and definitely do not meet a 5-star standard.

Better from outside then inside. From outside hotel looks beautifull but inside is not so nice. Pools sleep in the past. Great problem with the toalet smell in room. When we said that on reception they ignore us. Staff except reception was great. |Five stars!?

From the moment we walked in to Hotel Livada we felt really good. We were greeted by the service robot which brought us some traditional Gibannica. The service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had anywhere. So much choice for both breakfast and dinner. There was even a whole Honey comb on the buffet which I have never seen anywhere before and I have stayed in many many hotels over the years all over the globe.|Saturdays are for the food of the region which was really really nice. The Bograc( traditoonal stew) was second to none. We took half board so for lunch we had to order our 2 year old some food to the room. There was a nice selection but there is a 5 Euro delivery fee to the room which is the first time I came across this. Passes to therme 3000 is included with towels which was excellent! The hotel pool is very relaxing too. We can't wait for our next trip which will continue this series of many more trips for as a family here I beleive.

If you are reading this review, Livada Hotel has probably appeared on your radar and you are wondering if it is worth visiting. My answer is ABSOLUTELY YES! Excellent hotel, excellent food, hotel pools, cleanliness and friendliness! Priceless. By visiting this hotel you are not taking any risks and it is rightly named Prestige.

Maybe not typical 5star luxury hotel, but clean and on higher level than expected. We were here years ago with the family and it's still very good services and well maintained. Due to some corona restrictions still applied, some services abounded like thermal water in the public pool. But you can use your priver jacuzzi in the room with thermal "black" water. I'll definitely return in autumn.|Highly recommended.
