Hotel LIVVO Corralejo Beach

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily return.||Pros:|The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The shower was a real highlight — hot, powerful, and consistently reliable. We requested an extra pillow and it was delivered to our room within five minutes, which really shows how attentive the service is.||There’s plenty of pool space with lots of sun loungers available, so it never felt crowded. Air conditioning is available, and there’s also a warm fan for cooler evenings, which was a nice touch. The location is brilliant — just a short walk to the main square, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the beach, making it very convenient.||Cons:|The balcony was on the small side, though still usable. New Year’s Eve was quite loud due to the street-front location, but on all other nights it was perfectly fine. We went self catering- facilities available for simple snacks such sandwiches / baguettes / salads. However, no toaster (but who goes away to make meals- it’s all about relaxing). |The drop-off point isn’t directly outside the hotel, so there’s a 5–10 minute walk on arrival; however, the route is completely flat with no hills.||Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

Fabulous for a relaxing but fun holiday in the sun surrounded by so many easy access bars, restaurants and shops of all types and easy to walk to. The music square is only 5 minute walk away with great atmoshere with the stage surrounded by eateries and bars without being rowdy. Our room was basic but clean, however could do with a refurb. Breakfast amazing. Best ever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool warm, but we prefer a cool dip. No evening bar at hotel, but with so many so near, not really an issue. Perfect for 50+ age groups wanting a get away from it all relaxing holiday in the sun with a huge choice of evening entertainment of all types at close proximity. Hotel backs on to a small seafront too for a sea soothing view with a refreshing drink at one of the bars at lunchtime. We will definitely be back next year....like so many others we spoke to who have returned many times !

Hotel spotless. Staff are all great, hardworking helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is really good, lots of choice for everyone. Snack back, food and drinks reasonably priced and snacks made fresh to order. Nice warm pool. Pool area good we always managed to get beds. Fantastic location. Yes some of it all needs a little tlc as a bit dated but it's clean, beds are comfy, bedding spotless. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel 20th to the 27th December 2025, we booked a large room at extra price, sadly we didn't get it and no refund on the extra we paid. Instead we got room 008 on the ground floor, with a beautiful view of the staff service lift plus it was a fully functional disabled room , which we didn't ask for or need, it was very dark with no sun what so ever. We couldn't use the shower as it totally flooded the bathroom and bedroom. We reported it to the receptionist x 3 and nothing was done, in fact the male receptionist was rude and dismissive.(Bald headed)|We spoke to the jet 2 rep she managed to get us room number 003 swap, omg the room was a ground floor with rusty bars at the window and balcony, just like being in prison, it also had cigarette burns on the furniture very dated and shabby. In the end we got room 204 which was also shabby and in need of a total refurb. The view from that room was not any better, we looked on to the roof of the dinning room with ducting on it roof and a dead pigeon.|The pool area needs attention grout missing between the tile and the pool liner and come away into a big bubble in the middle of the pool, but on a good note the pool was lovely and warm (heated). And you had the reserve your sun bed crew at 7.30 in the morning and didn't turn up till gone 12.|You can't fault the breakfast, plenty of variety, id give it a 10 out of 10. And all the staff worked very hard all around the hotel especially the house keeping, ladies are lovely.|The location of the hotel is brilliant, just a minutes walk and your on the main strip with all the shops and bars and the music square. We both loved the resort but will not be going back to this hotel. It's definitely not a 4* more like a 2*.

Stayed here for 1 week. Would stay again. The rooms look a little tired and would benefit from some updating. They are perfectly clean though and we enjoyed our stay. Balcony was small but fine for us. The hotel pool , again a little tired, but was nice and warm and clean. No hassle getting a sunbed. The buffet breakfast was great. Cooked breakfast, plenty of continental style items. Loads of juice. Great choice all round. The hotel location was fantastic. Turn right from the hotel and 30 secs to the seafront, turn left and 30 secs to the strip. No more than 5 mins to the music square. The staff were friendly and polite. We had an issue with our aircon on the day of arrival(Sunday) . Mentioned this to reception and it was sorted out straight away. Couldn't have asked for any better service. A bottle of wine was left in the room for my wifes birthday. A much appreciated gesture Not sure why there was so many negative reviews about this place. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place cecentral to everything staff great very clean could do with upgrading the apartment but apart from that all good. not for children bar food and drinks very reasonable priced will go back. highly recommend not hilly there's a lift and stairs in hotel.if you like lying out in the sun get up early right beside the marina lovely walk staff will call you a taxi if you need one very very friendly.

Stayed here 23-30th December 2025. Such a perfect location for everything including beach.|Pool area is a bit uneventful but the heated pool is actually warm and the pool bar is so reasonable with lovely food.|I didn't make breakfast but some of my family did and they said it was really good.|stayed in one bed apartments , perfectly adequate. Good shower|Staff are all very nice and helpful.|Would stay here again just for the location alone.

You can not go wrong staying here!!!! Very central location in old town. A two minute walk to the promenade. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Livvo very clean and the staff were all lovely and will do anything to help. We would definitely return.
