The hotel was cute, clean and felt safe. It was like the more expensive hotels I stayed in before so it was really worst it to stay there. I saved money and got the same service. It's 2 minutes walk from the metro Saint Georges. Just a bit far to walk to the Seine and to my favorite neighborhood Le Marais. Just across from the hotel is a good restaurant with very reasonable prices. Another nice touch was the seating area beside the lobby with free drinks and food. Nice to come back from a long walk, be able to seat in a living room like environment to eat a piece of freshly baked cake and enjoy a tea. I also used that seating area in the morning to drink coffee while waiting for the kids to get ready.

This little hotel is so quaint. I love the old architecture combined with modern. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and recommend it to my friends and family. The common room with tea, coffee and snacks is a plus. The staff is wonderful. I also love that they still clean and refresh rooms daily. Do have the breakfast here. Simple but good. St George metro is very close.

Nice hotel in a good area near the subway. Room 110 with two beds was a good size, window facing back street, no noise from traffic. The room was clean and quiet. The lounge was welcoming with the seating and snacks. Many thanks to the staff who helped us with the bank contacts when we were robbed on the commuter train before we got to the hotel. Astotel will be in our minds when visiting Paris again.

**Astotel - Lorette: A Nightmare Stay - Beware of Rats and Theft!** I am writing to warn future guests about the appalling experience my parents had during their recent stay at Astotel - Lorette. First and foremost, my parents encountered multiple rats (5-7 at different times) in the hallways of the hotel. This wasn't a one-time sighting but a recurring and deeply distressing issue. The presence of such a significant m problem is both shocking and unacceptable, raising serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene and safety standards. The worst is that when when they told the reception the answer was that the ownership was aware but not willing to do nothing, because there is a building under construction nearby, so hey, you’re in Paris you need to expect to see rats (not a joke). As if this weren't bad enough, they also had a newly purchased pair of shoes stolen from their room. This indicates a glaring lack of security and trust within the hotel premises. When they reported these issues, the hotel's response was grossly inadequate. Astotel - Lorette offered to reimburse only half of one night’s stay—a sum that didn’t even cover the value of the stolen shoes, let alone compensate for the severe discomfort and distress caused by the rats by sightings. No further effort was made to address the situation or provide appropriate compensation. To anyone considering staying here, think twice. The combination of poor pest control, insecurity, and unresponsive customer service makes this hotel a terrible choice. There are plenty of other accommodations in Paris that can offer a safer and more reliable experience. Avoid Astotel - Lorette if you value your peace of mind and personal belongings.

Perfect location, very short walk to Metro and bus stop if you want. We chose to walk everywhere from Sacre Coeur to the Eiffel Tower. There are an excellent choice of bars and restaurants within a few minutes from the hotel. The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. There was a great supply of tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks available free in the lobby all afternoon and evening, very handy for a quick pick you up after a few hours of walking around Paris.|We had booked the slightly bigger room which was lovely, dry bright with two large windows. Very clean with a comfy super king bed and reasonable pillows. Although the bathroom was quite small it was perfectly functional and clean. The bonus was a small fridge filled daily with water, still and sparkling, Pepsi and orange juice all free of charge.|Would definitely recommend this hotel which is excellent value for money.

This is the second Astotel in Paris we have stayed in and on both occasions the experience has been excellent. The staff are well trained, polite and discrete. The rooms are impeccable and cleaned daily. They are also stylish and have a fridge containing free soft drinks replenished daily. There are also free hot drinks and cakes available in the lobby. The designs are current and cool. The Lorette is next to a beautiful crescent with a cafe and metro and also a small park - like a stage set. There are interesting cafes and shops including boulangeries etc nearby. Montmartre is walking distance, a slightly longer walk gives you major sites. Recommend it wholeheartedly

We were here a year ago and loved it then but the room was on the small side. This time we had the bigger room (193') facing the street and we loved it! Just enough space and the bathroom was much bigger than the small room.|Front desk is very helpful and the hotel is clean and lots of snacks in lobby and delicious morning coffee even though it is from a machine.|Added bonus for staying at an Astotel you can stop in at any of the other Paris Astotels while you are walking around if you need a restroom / drink stop. We were here for only four nights but did stop at another Astotel in the 8th arr.|This location of the Lorette is our best and favorite location in Paris being in the 9th arr. There are other ones located here too but we are stuck on this one!

We stayed in two different rooms at the hotel. The warm reception from staff especially Hamza and the Hotel Manager was so welcoming. They helped us store our luggage safely while we left for Brussels, on our return they were so glad to receive us. Their rooms were very clean and cozy. |I will definitely come back again and will recommend this hotel to my friends and other family members.

Yelp
We stayed here 26Dec2022 through 30Dec2022 via A last minute hotels tonight booking. Absolutely loved our time. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was delighted. Soumia at the front desk was very helpful, and encouraged us to check out the view at Basilique Du Sacrecoeur De Montmartre (church). It's about a 15-20 min walk from the hotel - lots of stairs, but worth it ( there's a lift thing if you can't or don't want to do stairs but we needed the exercise). We loved the view and the area. The line to get into the church was long so we did not go but the view alone was well worth it. From there you can walk to a quant courtyards and shops. The hotel is also nestled in a wonderful area. With great food and shopping. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We stayed at 2 other places and this was our favorite.

Yelp
Super great hotel. The next time we come to Paris, we will definitely book here. I think it was pretty reasonably priced for a hotel that includes breakfast. It was easy to get to and near all the major metro lines. I love the area too because you can go visit Sacre Coeur (sic) and walk up the hill to see all the great shops and restaurants. It is in a super quaint area. There are also a lot of super markets nearby if you want to grab a snack. We got here around 10 a.m. and were super jet lagged. We asked if we could have early check in. They tried their best to accommodate. We ended up waiting about an hour and half. I really appreciated that they tried their best. In the meantime, we sat in their lobby where we enjoyed all these delicious beverages. They had some cake for guests to enjoy too. I was super impressed that their fridge was well stocked with different juices. When we checked into our room, it was nice. It was a bit on the smaller side but typical for Paris standards. The house keeping was nice and everything was super clean every day that we returned. I loved LOVED breakfast. They had crepes, an assortment of fruits, breads, eggs, and ham. Their staff was amazing. I think the best feature of this restaurant was the fact that you can go to their sister hotels located all over the city to relax at their lobby and use their facilities. It is sometimes difficult finding bathrooms in such a large city so we took advantage of this perk. Excellent hotel. I highly recommend!

Yelp
Friendly people, clean hotel, small but to be expected in Europe.
