Hotel Los Álamos Benidorm

We will start with the positive, the location was brilliant. There are a few negatives and for a start it’s not 4* as it states. The air conditioning.. what air conditioning? rooms are so hot no air con you have a vent that will very very slowly blow cool not cold cool or hot air in. One pillow when there’s two guests we did ask for another and we are on the last night still no pillow. Rooms are small along with the shower.. has to be the smallest shower I have got in. Beds very uncomfortable and breakfast is below standard. All in all was very disappointed and would never stay here again as I said the location was spot on. Hotel is max 3*

Great hotel, staff were friendly, great location, very clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was pretty good! |If we had any niggles it could be that we couldn't lock our balcony door or the mens toilets in reception. The bar,staff wouldn't let us have a glass for room drinks only plastics and no kettle in the room! |For a few nights,away its,perfect and the location for both old and new town is great!

Very welcoming staff. Was able to check in early as room was ready. After booking I emailed the hotel requesting a low floor room and a kettle, got a quick response saying ok and got exactly what I asked for|Very clean everywhere, room was nice and comfortable overlooking the pool.|2 pools, the smaller one is heated so that was a bonus.|Restaurant was ok, although very busy at breakfast times. Food was plenty and lots of choice. Only done B&B but paid to have dinner 15 euros each. If I was to return I would defintely book half board as it would work out lot cheaper |Ideal location for both old and new town plus a 5 minute walk to beach.|My only moan would be that the hotel is defintely for the Spanish, not great entertainment for us English, although there were hardly any English staying here, lots of noisy old Spanish people instead. Don’t let that put you off. Lovely hotel and will defintely be returning

This hotel has an excellent location, close to Levante beach (Old town end). The room was clean and presentable (no tea and coffee making facilities though, which i missed when booking)||We were greeted by Carlos on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very friendly. ||Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and should satisfy anyones hunger first thing in the morning!

Clean hotel, Good rooms, Great Location. Didn’t eat at hotel as would rather eat out.

This hotel is lovely. The Reception Team are great and very welcoming. Was a bit worried about previous reviews but no need at all! Very modern hotel ... would go back again. Although we didn't eat in the hotel, food did look good. In a great spot

Can’t praise the staff high enough, couldn’t be nicer or do enough for us. Nothing was a problem. There was no snacks due to it being low season but that was not a problem. Staff went out of their way to make me tasty toasties n the offer of other light bites. |The hotel is absolutely immaculate. Beds and pillows were really comfortable… no old blankets in this hotel but a nice duvet.|Entertainment was mostly Spanish but hey it’s Benidorm there’s something for everyone. We had a great time watching the Spanish pensioners who definitely knew how to enjoy themselves dancing the night away, doing the conga, line dancing .. wish I had half their energy … was brilliant to watch . |I’m not mentioning the food let’s just say I always found something to eat at the all inclusive n that’s all I’m saying.|Staff definitely make this hotel ❤️ and as Arnie says I’ll be back xx

This hotel was a surprise if I'm honest. Looked very average in the pictures but reviews were pretty good. Gotta say it's a hidden gem right in the centre in-between the old town and the new lively area. I'm a really fussy eater but loved the food, the service in the restaurant and bars is top notch and staff can't do enough for you. We are already planning another trip next year and this is 100% the hotel we will be staying in. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would
