I'm really enjoying my stay here. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast is not included but it was delicious. Quiet area walking distance to everything. Wonderful staff. The old Spanish architecture of building is beautiful. I was very content here.

My room was comfortable and clean. It was basic but had everything I needed - a comfortable bed; a clean, private bathroom and a great view. The hotel is very convenient. It is close to the bus depot and the zocalo. There are several public areas where you can perch and read or reflect on your day. I would recommend.

Excellent hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place and location to absorb the majestic atmosphere of Taxco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. It has many patios and terraces with countless of stairs to explore the many breathtaking views. Highly recommend it. will definitely stay there on the next visit.

Everything is great, but it’s a shame that those cheap, loud cafe play their ugly music all night and you can hear them in the hotel. But the hotel is very impressive. It’s huge! Very beautiful

Gorgeous 360 degree views from the rooftop, and the interior is equally beautiful with its fern and tree filled courtyard with arches supported by original stone columns. The rooms are quite large. Everything is well maintained by the friendly staff.

We loved staying in this gorgeous hotel, contemplating its history and looking at the beautiful town from the rooftop. We had a very warm welcome and got help figuring out how to park the car nearby and how/what to pay. ||||Great location, right in the city's charming center.||||The only problems I can think of are that noise carries in the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to ask them if there are any rooms that aren't as noisy. Our room was next to the restaurant area where people had a party.

Overall we had a very good experience at the hotel. We stayed one night in room 35 (important to know). The hotel is quaint and the room is basic but very nice room. We had a nice view from our room. Staff was very friendly and it seems safety was a priority. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to try the restaurant but it sure looked nice.||Unfortunately we had a few things we feel we must share. Even though it is advertised parking was not included. They did explain they had problems with the contract they had with the parking garage. Another problem was noise. Unfortunately, the room was very noisy and guests arriving to the room next to us after 11pm were not very considerate.||A problem I want to highlight were possible bed bugs. The day we checked out I noticed a couple of bite marks on my arm. I consulted with a physician and he told me they were flea bites. It is very important because fleas can transmit diseases.
