Hotel Los Arcos

Perfect location. Beautiful views. The rooms are 3-star but perfectly acceptable—I slept well. A bit disappointed that after 5 nights stay, they would not allow me to check out late on a Monday. When the manager is there, service is 5-star. The restaurant: don’t bother. The hotel itself is stunning. I will stay here again and recommend to friends!

This hotel was gorgeous!!! Stepping in felt like walking back in time. From the boutique-feeling entrance to the intentional decor, well maintained courtyard, open access to the rooftop, and prime location this exceeded expectations (especially for the price). The staff was more reserved, but polite and helpful, suggesting Pozolería Tía Calla (delicious!), Del Ángel Inn (panoramic view), and fondas in the mercado, all of which we enjoyed. The rooms are quaint, but have all amenities you need. To note is that the bathroom and TV, for example, are older, so could do with a refresh. But all in all was clean and homey. One improvement that would completely elevate the experience would be the ability to order breakfast, coffee or even cocktails up to the rooftop.

Very picturesque little hotel next to the cathedral. Breakfast not included but is available in cooperation with a coffee shop. No mini bar, but little bar next door. No fridge, no coffee maker. But a carafe with water. Parking at reduced rate in a nearby parking garage. Walking distance to everything.

What a beautiful home away from home in a lovely city. Our room had the most beautiful view! Everything was spotlessly clean, manicured, and comfortable. The hotel is managed with love, and the staff is amazingly lovely and helpful. And the location is perfect! We would recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone coming to Taxco.

I'm really enjoying my stay here. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast is not included but it was delicious. Quiet area walking distance to everything. Wonderful staff. The old Spanish architecture of building is beautiful. I was very content here.

My room was comfortable and clean. It was basic but had everything I needed - a comfortable bed; a clean, private bathroom and a great view. The hotel is very convenient. It is close to the bus depot and the zocalo. There are several public areas where you can perch and read or reflect on your day. I would recommend.

Excellent hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place and location to absorb the majestic atmosphere of Taxco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. It has many patios and terraces with countless of stairs to explore the many breathtaking views. Highly recommend it. will definitely stay there on the next visit.

Gorgeous 360 degree views from the rooftop, and the interior is equally beautiful with its fern and tree filled courtyard with arches supported by original stone columns. The rooms are quite large. Everything is well maintained by the friendly staff.
