Hotel Los Arcos

Loved this hotel- great location with excellent staff and great food and pools. We ate the breakfast and dinner buffets and every lunch we had the homemade chips, guacamole and Pico de gallo at the pool. Bars are open at 10am. The adult-only infinity pool is great. The rooms have a safe, tv, mini fridge with daily bottled water. We stayed long enough to get 2 nites of speciality dinners off the menu and they were spectacular! Loved the location to walk to the street tacos, 2 breweries, Canopy Rivers Razr tours. No complaints. We will be back!

Magical, mystical, and full of all that one might one -- down to the rustic feel, if you're into that sort of thing. Taxco itself is a bit of that -- historic, colonial and old-worldly; but more than than, full of history, plenty of churches and lots of silver (silver mining town). The folks are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The service; you're made to feel very special and the ambiance and restaurant; comfortable and welcoming; and oh so yummy. An awesome experience and I loved every single moment -- down to some of the pesky insects; but that is WILD -- right? LOL #TheBrokerWithAHeart #SeHablaEspanol

This is the best hotel I have ever been in as a seasoned traveler. The owner and staff are the nicest people ever. I mean I just can’t convey how welcome and at home they made me feel. Perfect location. Beautiful views. The rooms are 3-star but perfectly acceptable—I slept well. A bit disappointed that after 5 nights stay, they would not allow me to check out late on a Monday. When the manager is there, service is 5-star. The restaurant: don’t bother. The hotel itself is stunning. I will stay here again and recommend to friends!

This hotel was gorgeous!!! Stepping in felt like walking back in time. From the boutique-feeling entrance to the intentional decor, well maintained courtyard, open access to the rooftop, and prime location this exceeded expectations (especially for the price). The staff was more reserved, but polite and helpful, suggesting Pozolería Tía Calla (delicious!), Del Ángel Inn (panoramic view), and fondas in the mercado, all of which we enjoyed. The rooms are quaint, but have all amenities you need. To note is that the bathroom and TV, for example, are older, so could do with a refresh. But all in all was clean and homey. One improvement that would completely elevate the experience would be the ability to order breakfast, coffee or even cocktails up to the rooftop.

What a beautiful home away from home in a lovely city. Our room had the most beautiful view! Everything was spotlessly clean, manicured, and comfortable. The hotel is managed with love, and the staff is amazingly lovely and helpful. And the location is perfect! We would recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone coming to Taxco.

Very picturesque little hotel next to the cathedral. Breakfast not included but is available in cooperation with a coffee shop. No mini bar, but little bar next door. No fridge, no coffee maker. But a carafe with water. Parking at reduced rate in a nearby parking garage. Walking distance to everything.

I'm really enjoying my stay here. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast is not included but it was delicious. Quiet area walking distance to everything. Wonderful staff. The old Spanish architecture of building is beautiful. I was very content here.
