This hotel is a great option for families looking for a convenient place to stay. The location is ideal, and the secure parking is definitely a plus. However, the rooms are a bit worn and could use some updates. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short stay, but don’t expect luxury.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, except having to walk to the room, which could have been more convenient.

After boiling in Calakmul, this felt like heaven on earth. In reality, it’s just ok. The room was clean and comfortable with good AC. No privacy as you look onto the pool. The service at the restaurant was awful, super complicated system in which they want you to “load credit” on a card which is not refundable rather than just opening a tab. Breakfast service was also slow. Pool area and garden was pleasant, so overall perfectly fine for 1-2 nights.

We stay here every year when we come to Chetumal from Mahahual for groceries and supplies. Last time, we stayed at another hotel and I was really disappointed. This hotel is the BEST for the money. We always get a Premium Room ($70 a night) right on the pool and it is just lovely. The accommodations are comfortable and the people are so easy to deal with even in English. There is a restaurant right on the premises that is good and everything is in a good location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great as always. We asked for a private room away from the pool and they had one available at 10:00 AM! Front desk, bellhops, restaurant staff ALL so friendly and helpful. We've been coming here many years and the service and amenities are as good as always. Prices very reasonable and there is private, guarded parking.

Let me say this is the worst experience I have had in chetumal, and I have visited there a lot. First off we booked 7 rooms. Before our trip we cancel 3 of them using their portal I screenshot it for reference upon reaching there they said we did not cancel and wanted to charge us for all 7 room even after we showed them the proof. Secondly, the price we booked the room when we reach the price there were completely different by about 50 dollars. Thirdly their rooms even though it's nice toilet didn't flush and even after we told them they didn't fix it in the 3 days we spent there. Next don't bother try calling several of the buttons on the phone don't work. Overall I'm very disappointed.

A stunning, spacious hotel in Chetumal that was upmarket for our small Intrepid Travel group. |We were greeted with refreshments and sat in the expansive foyer for our briefing.|Check in was seamless and our bags delivered to our rooms.|I had a huge king bed that had crisp, clean sheets. Funny how the simple things in life put a smile on your face. Out on the balcony, there was a lovely view over the three pools outside. |A small fridge was nice to cool off the water bottles for the next day. |Wifi was strong in the room. |TV worked but no English shows and couldn’t get the digital(?) to work so streamed on my phone. |Bathroom nice but shower a little awkward to get into and out of.|Staff were exceptionally friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. A smile goes a long way. |An Oxxo nearby was enough to pick up snacks and a light meal for dinner. |Only downside was a “critter” in my bed, something like a beetle which I scooped away. I cannot tell|You how. Ice but how affordable this hotel|Is. We have been staying here for several |years when we drive from Mahahual to get supplies. It is clean, clean, clean! There is off-street parking with a courteous attendant on duty 24/7, there are two nice sized pools and a hot tub centrally located. The restaurant is VERY good so you never really need to leave the premises. The front desk staff is very helpful and some|Even speak English. We have had a little trouble making reservations on the phone but have always gotten through. It is in a great location in downtown Chetamul, easy to find. I’m sure glad we found it!

This is where I decided to spend a couple days while the "concrete dries". Lol. This is an absolute touch of class . All of the photos are accurate and true to form. I will be definitely returning here while I'm in Central America.

Decent price with friendly service and clean pool area with beautiful native plant life growing! La Palma restaurant in hotel has very good food from tostadoes, palettes, fruit trays, and fruit shakes!

After a long day traveling we were looking forward to our hotel but we had a bad surprise. Cold welcone at the reception (he never said "welcome"). We asked for restaurant suggestions and he was always pushing to sell the hotel restaurant. Pillows in the room with hair and a big bug in the shower. First and last visit.
