Hotel Los Tambos Boutique - Arequipa

Tambo Boutique is a charming little hotel. Our group of 22 stayed here to celebrate our 50th high-school reunion, and we were treated like queens. The staff is truly exceptional; kind, attentive, and always ready to help.|The rooms are spotless, with everything you need: clean sheets, soft towels, hair dryer, and all the essentials. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious.||The location is perfect, just half a block from the Plaza de Armas, with restaurants, pharmacies, and shops right around the corner. We didn’t need taxis to explore the historic center.||A warm, safe, beautifully run hotel. I would return in a heartbeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved this hotel! Steps away from Plaza des Armas, well-equipped, and very clean rooms, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed was large and super comfy and the shower was great. The staff were all genuine and helpful and the breakfast was filling (you have a choice from multiple options). We arrived at 5am, and for a small fee, they let us use a room to take showers and naps until our room was ready. We would have been stuck wandering Arequipa otherwise. We also left at 5am so they made us a packed breakfast to go, taking into consideration my dietary restrictions. I highly recommend Los Tambos.

Hands down the best stay of my trip to Peru. The stuff is super friendly and helpful, I arrived early in the morning and was able to check in immediately. Great views from the terrace on top. Nice breakfast options. They can also provide it for you to go, which is very handy because almost every tour starts at 3 in the morning. The only negative thing was a lack of soap/shower gel in the room.

Perfect hotel just off Plaza de Armas thst fulfills “boutique” expectation: attentive staff, wonderful breakfast, luxurious linens,lovely outdoor patios. Added bonus: laundry service!!! I loved my four nights there. It was safe, quiet, and convenient for touring, restaurants, shopping. Great choice!

We had a great time at Los Tambos Boutique. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The shower was great! I enjoyed it very much after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast was great, had different options to choose from and the rooftop had great views in the morning and at night. I would definitely be coming back here next time I visit Arequipa.

The location is perfect with its close distance to the main square and many shops and restaurants available to you. The staff are all friendly and willing to provide help they can give. I especially like the room that I was assigned with as it comes with a mini yard. So interesting. It’s of great value.

Wow…..what a great place to stay! Everything they do is top notch! Their customer service is excellent, the rooms are cozy and have everything you need, the breakfast is EXCELLENT and the breakfast staff is so accommodating, the housekeeping does a great job! The location is PERFECT! Close to everything! I really can’t say enough positive about this boutique!!! Definitely would stay here again & again!!!

Excellent service! The room was spotless and comfortable. I stayed on the first floor and the deck was beautiful. The breakfast options were amazing — way beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!"
