It's a decent property at a very prime location

Have stayed in this hotel couple of times and simply had amazing experience. The hotel is very well centrally located in a very posh location. The nearby area is quite and decent. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very much comfortable. The rooms are very well ventilated as it has big windows also which gives you cool view. The bathrooms are hygienic, well maintained and clean. The dressing area is an add on which I do not really find in other hotels at this price. The rooms are so cozy. I think it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers as well. Would love to visit again to this hotel. Keep up the good work.

I stayed on 8th July 2019, they charged me more than the online price, they have no restaurant and availability of food in the hotel. in the morning they were not able to provide me clearly normal water in the room. I struggled for at least one hour for clean water in the bathroom. They promised me but couldn't provide a single bucket water to take bath. When I reached at the reception for breakfast they told me they can't provide as the time is over. I requested to understand the issue is because of them still they didn't compensate for anything. Staff was rude and neglecting. I was a regular client for them still they didn't care. Hospitality is least as few boys handle it.

Recently, I had to stay at this Hotel for 3 nights for Rs. 2500/- per day with complimenary breakfast. The rooms are small and appearing very aged with furnishings. No basic toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion etc in bath. No complimentary package water given, not even electric kettle with compimentary tea amd milk sachets. Complimetary breakfast is also limited to one or two normal food items in a very ordinary dining. Hotel does not have its own resturant, so even no tea served at room. Overall service is very bad. The hotel tarrif of Rs. 2500/- day does not justify its value.

“Very dirty and uncourteous management” 1. We reached late, by evening 6:30 pm. The front desk managers JAI asked us both for our ID proofs, I had a hard copy and my wife had a soft copy of the aadhar. The front desk manager told her to WhatsApp it to him. She saw an email ID mentioned under the number written on the front desk and asked whether it's okay to email it, the manager said no and insisted on the WhatsApp. When she denied politely, he asked her to give him a missed call because according to him the verification of number and name of the guest through TRUE CALLER was mandatory as per the hotel policy. When she refused to give him the number and said we would write a contact number In the check-in register, he denied to give us the room! We were extremely reluctant to share her number after that but the manager forced us to give it. We tried to check for other hotels and sadly there was nothing available for the weekend, so we had to sadly give him her personal number via a missed call. I wonder, if this manager does this with women right in front of their husbands, how safe are single ladies in this property? 2. Room was neatly setup, but the blanket and pillows were literally yellow and had some sort of black dots (fungus) on them. We are extremely unhappy with this kind of service, especially when you pay 5.6k for two nights, which is as good as a 4 star property anywhere. Sadly due to lack of availablity we had to settle down for this hotel. I would NOT recommend this to married or unmarried couples, single women and families with women. The front desk manager doesn't make your woman feel safe at all and is arrogant to the core about who the owner is and how he can deny you rooms if you don't share the girls number via missed calls to his personal number. Downright pathetic!

The Hotel is well located. Its nice place if you can co-exist with cockraoches, there were quite a few in the washroom, and near the bed.Other than this the room was pretty clean. There is no in house restaurant, and they dont serve you even coffee before 8 am. For single travellers its pretty decent.

I booked this place based on Booking.com review. For 8.3 rating, this place is bit of a disappointment. Other than being in prime location of Koregaon Park, there isn't anything that stood out as great. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Basic things like Towels and Coffee/Tea supplies weren't there which supposed to be part of the package. The front desk staffs were just OK and we never received the Tea we ordered as room service :). I had to cut short our stay because didn't feel it's worth the money they were charging. The toilet was clean but had left the used tissues (soaked) on the countertop. Treebo has to really do some cleanup of this property. Only good thing about this place is a locality.

Spacious rooms are available in mid budget range. There's no restaurant here. Compliment breakfast will made by the hotel staff itself. Staff are decent n good persons. All staff are working from long time. So many times I left my excess luggage in this hotel and they keep it safe. Few Shops are available in surroundings n so many café's, pubs, club's are very nearby. Famous koregaon park German bakery is 700 mts away to this hotel
