Wow, what an awful hotel. I was so excited for a vacation of a lifetime and it was just absolutely ruined by this hotel. First they nickle and dime you on everything, you have to pay for parking, then when i got out there was not one door man to help me with my bags. So i carried all 3 of my 40 pound bags to the front. Then when i got to the desk the front desk personnel were so rude, i had to ask multiple times for someone to help check me in. They gave me the nastiest looks and scoffed at me. I just really wanted to get to my room after hours of travel. So ok i got to my room and i could literally hear the people next door having sex, i mean the walls were so paper thin that i could hear it all. Not to mention the sink in the room did not work and there was left over hair on the floor. Looks like this hotel has not been serviced in a few days. The room was disgusting and smelled like wet mold so much so that i had to ask the front desk to please come and clean it for me. I honestly wanted to leave the hotel, but i saw a review from a few months back that you wouldnt get a refund. Hm what does that tell you? That they trap you into this hotel and because you already spent so much you cannot get another hotel even if youre having a terrible experience. Avoid this crap hole at all cost. Penny penchers, rude, smelly and just nasty motel.

THIEVES! We purchased a 5k hotel room and because we weren't able to make it the day of check in, instead we were late by a day because of travel issues in which we told them about the night of check in, they acted like our reservation did not exist then IGNORED us. Only after we made an issue out of being ignored they only offered us one night out of our entire stay which was about 3 days. Then after we tried to get a refund they denied and stole our money. Disgusting management, disgusting hotel, disgusting customer service and disgusting experience.

We stayed here for two days and the place itself was beautiful indeed. The room was quite small but very fresh and lovely.with a fridge and safe. We had fresh towels each day and the people seemed friendly there.it was in a lovely part. Central to all shops, bars and harbour. Highly priced but lovely.

Booked my dream vacation to south of France but ran into this hotel from hell. Had a medical incident and had to arrive late for a 4 day stay.||Terrible hotel and service, denied access to room with no refund.||Notified them night of initial stay that I would be late then told the next day they couldn't find a reservation to provide proof which I did and received no response. ||When asking for a refund they offered me the room for the last day and refuse to offer any kind of refund spent over $5K what a rip off.

Very bad client service. They have refused to refund even one day reservation off season. When you book a hotel you want flexibility as anything can happen. Apparently they are new to this business. I am strongly advising people not to book.

This is a great little hotel just a block or two from everything. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. A big thanks to Carol for getting us a room when we arrived early and for helping us with our French! Check-in was easy, parking was simple, the spaces had recently been updated, and there was a nice outdoor space for sipping café. Highly recommend.

We could not fault this beautiful establishment. Fabulous location, a short walk from the port. Gorgeous garden for breakfast or down time. The rooms were clean and serviced well daily. Lovely simple design with incredibly comfy beds. The best part was the wonderful hosts who could not have been more helpful and charming. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much to the whole team!

For the money, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. On day one we had a drunk girl try to break in to our room. The doors don't self lock so she walked straight in on us. The bathroom is as small as you would expect from a camper van. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. The walls and floors are so thin you can literally hear every conversation (and more) from other guests both in adjacent rooms and from downstairs. As we checked out it seemed that every other guest checking out was either complaining or asking for a refund. As convenient as the location was, I really can not recommend this hotel. The absolute worst place I've stayed in a decade. The hotel staff were lovely and very apologetic, they understood that the hotel was terrible as well.
