Beautiful hotel in a great location, an easy walk from the port or town centre. Our room was clean if a little small although the bathroom was a good size. The pool was nice and the waiter there was attentive. The main negative for us was that the air con unit in our room was making an intermittent grinding noise, even after being turned off which disturbed our sleep. Only stayed 1 night but when we informed them the next morning someone went straight off to check it so hopefully that was resolved for the next occupant

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Lou Cagnard in St Tropez. Marion went above and beyond to make my birthday so special with balloons and wine set up in the room, and she was so kind and hospitable throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a charming boutique property, very clean, beautifully kept, and close to everything. The location is perfect, the pool area is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is so relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We booked very late and had limited options for a hotel - I was worried about booking this with so many 1 star reviews but it was fine. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but fine. It was a great location with beautiful (but buggy) gardens. Our room was large, it was clean. The pool was very dirty while we were here. Breakfast was good - staff was nice. Overall we had a decent stay.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is superb. That’s about where my positive review ends. I fully understand and expect not to receive the same amenities or services around the world however there is no WiFi here and locating someone to answer minor questions can be problematic. Wifi doesn’t exist and doesn’t work in certain parts of the property-period. Staff isn’t available for blocks of time throughout the day and I tried calling half a dozen times to get answers about the WiFi, additional water and coffee and just wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. I tried sending messages through WhatsApp and through the website and those went unanswered as well. Other than that, there is ample parking, property location is ideal and it is a solid 4 star hotel. While I was primarily on vacation we do own and run 2 businesses and I needed to email a couple files that were too large to send via mobile phone and was frustrated by the lack of WiFi that was listed as an amenity on their website.

This is a charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location . Very convenient for all shopping and harbour. |Breakfast is such a beautiful experience in the hotel gardens. |The wonderful Maza on reception is such a wonderful concierge. |Super helpful and always smiling . An asset to the hotel .|Accommodation is perfectly functional as you would find in a period property .

I had a horrible experience at this hotel, and the quality of the rooms greatly vary. My room was basically a smelly and dirty cupboard behind the receptionist that faced the street. Not only was the street noise bad, but more so the noise of guests having breakfast and receptionists/staff working right under your nose. The walls were so thing, I could even hear the staff's whatsapps. The room was unacceptably dirty, my friend who had another room also asked for a second clean upon checking in. Nothing was accommodated for in any ways when I expressed my disappointment immediately upon checking in. You pay an exorbitant amount for a Holiday Inn experience

Do not stay here. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but it is certainly not even close to that. I could go on about the hairs in my bed (pictured), the claustrophobic EXTREMELY small bathrooms, the paper thin doors that allowed us to hear everyone’s conversations, the run down exterior, the fact that we had to carry our own suitcases upstairs without being offered assistance, but instead I think what’s most important is to discuss the TERRIBLE management. Before I dive in, let it be known that we were on our honeymoon. We arrived at this hotel (motel) after booking directly through their own website and straight away they said we didn’t have a reservation. After showing them confirmation of the reservation, they said they didn’t have a room for us until the next night. We originally reserved a deluxe room with a terrace. They then said they could have us stay in a standard room and have us move to a deluxe room the next night. We reluctantly agreed because we had no other option. Mind you, this entire time, the managers were sitting at the table next to the check in table and did not say a word or apologize for THEIR error. We came back at around 4pm to check in to our standard room for the night. The receptionist showed us our room, which was ok but a little run down and certainly not worth the high price tag. After 5 minutes in the room, someone knocked on our door and told us we actually couldn’t stay in that room and had to stay in another room. We got all of our stuff together (because they did not offer to help, ever) and went to the other room which was a literal closet: the bathroom was so small that one person could barely fit in it. The female staff was apologetic but the two male managers did not care at all. We were in the lobby when another person tried to cancel their reservation (for all the same reasons we listed) and the managers did not get involved at all. Save yourself some time and money and skip out on this hotel.

Had the best experience here. The property is quaint, cute, and sunny with garden and pool. Yes the rooms are small but it’s Europe. They were perfectly equipped. Our car broke down while there and the front desk managed all the communication given we don’t speak French. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d come back here in a second.

Booked my dream vacation to south of France but ran into this hotel from hell. Had a medical incident and had to arrive late for a 4 day stay. Terrible hotel and service, denied access to room with no refund. Notified them night of initial stay that I would be late then told the next day they couldn't find a reservation to provide proof which I did and received no response. When asking for a refund they offered me the room for the last day and refuse to offer any kind of refund spent over $5K what a rip off.
