Hotel Louisa´s Place

While Louisa’s place might be out of the tourist centre it is well connected by transport routes and the location made evening dining a treat. We treated ourselves to a premium apartment which was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We slept well and given that this was our first stop after travelling from New Zealand having a separate lounge was helpful for two people adjusting from jet lag. While they also offer a traditional laundry service we very much appreciated the ability to use a washing machine and dryer in the basement (you buy tokens at reception). This allowed us to decide what was washed and dried and how. ||There is plenty of interesting dining nearby and reception were always happy to provide advice or call to make reservations. We chose to make our own breakfasts using the fabulous kitchen rather than eat in house so I can’t comment on the breakfasts. ||We hope to return to Berlin as 4 nights was not enough to see everything we wanted and we will certainly make another reservation here.

Outstanding, immaculate and comfortable hotel that is located in a beautiful section of Berlin directly on the famous Kurfürstendamm. The staff couldn’t be nicer and we especially enjoyed conversing with Josephine and she was very helpful with recommending restaurants (definitely try Xanater Eck if you want a good schnitzel). An added and unique bonus was the indoor pool. This hotel used to be an apartment building so the rooms are all large and have sitting rooms and kitchens.

Hotel Louisa’s was everything we were looking for and more! I can’t say enough about how attentive and kind the staff was, not to mention the room being clean and comfortable as well. We were traveling with our one year-old and the hotel provided a baby bed, as well as made multiple attempts to add personal touches to make our son enjoy the experience.

Not very cheap, but worth it. ||Nice location in the center, but quiet rooms with kitchen. Friendly staff, cozy wellness and much more. And don't forget to visit library in the ground floor, you'll love it.||Highly recommended.

A bit pricey, but worth it if you have the means. The rooms are large, the staff is friendly, and the place oozes a quiet elegance that has largely left us. This is an IKEA-Free-Zone. Treat yourself well, try this place

I really enjoyed my stay at Louisas place. Walking distance to everything I needed , nice service and atmosphere. I will probably stay here again when I am in Berlin. I appreciate calm relaxed atmosphere more than modernity's.

The staff is something else, very kind, professional and always wiling to assist. ||The location is great and very close to all you need. Breakfast is great and having a pool is a great advantage

Randomly booked this place when we got stuck after missing our layover and we were so pleasantly surprised! Huge suite, nice and clean and well stocked and decorated, friendly staff and nice part of town.

A very clean and spacious room. We had a kitchen a living room a bedroom and balcony. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was very easy to use. The hotel also has a pool and a gym but I did not use them

We liked Louisa's Place but don't think it qualifies for a 5 star hotel! It does have a indoor pool but it's not heated! It also have a small gym with a flat screen tv! And there are 2 saunas with cold water tub! They also offer massage but you have to order the staff a day or two before. The breakfast buffet was poor and for €26 not worth it. There are few bakery around the corner that sells fresh coffee and donuts or pastry that you can buy for breakfast! However this hotel is like an apartment style with a big living room and a separate bedroom. It also has kitchenette that makes it more convenient to have your coffee or breakfast if you up to cooking on your vacation! We got the room with balcony even tho we couldn't enjoy it Because it was way cold to sit outside but I'm a smoker and I don't like to smoke indoors so it worked for us just fine! Room service comes from the restaurant down below next to this hotel! The location is excellent on a major street that offers lots of shops and boutiques with restaurants and bars! For the price I payed $160 a night it was way worth it! And I have to add the staff was very helpful and polite!

Wonderful hotel!!! We had an amazing stay in 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and super cute balcony. Everything is clean, fresh and super nice! Amazing personnel, thank you guys (forgot the lady name at the reception) for all your directions and advices!!! Kids enjoyed pool, there is also sauna and small gym (they even have TRX!!!). If we're stay longer - I'd book a massage. Thanks again and hope to stay here again sometime! One more thing - prices ave very reasonable... (Meaning not expensive for this quality hotel)

This was one of the best hotels at which I have ever stayed. Thanks to the entire staff for being so helpful with finding activities and restaurants for us.

Amazing service and amazing giant rooms. We were travelling with a one year old and the service was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We are a metallurgy company who until last week recommended this hotel for our employees worldwide. Unfortunately last week one of our employees booked an erroneous stay many months in advance, promptly rebooked for the correct impending weekend the next day but was refused any form of refund for the far in advance weekend. We have since rescinded recommending this hotel to anyone and advise anybody in the Charlottenburg area to stay away from this place. There are far better hotels in the neighborhood who would not have done this to regular clients.
