Our experience at Hotel Louvre Montana was perfect in every detail. The hotel is perfectly located to the center of the city and the metro is only a few blocks away. You wake up to a view of the Louvre. Seriously, what could be better? The lobby and rooms are clean, crisp and well decorated. The room was perfect. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. Specifically, I have never had a thicker, more plush bath towel. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a lift to all of the rooms too. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They all very quickly answered all of our questions and gave superb recommendations. It was a warm touch to have them greet you by name when you walked back in from sightseeing. The breakfast was good and just enough. Overall, the Hotel Louvre Montana exceeded all my expectations.

Google
What an amazing time we had in Paris and Hotel Louvre Montana helped make it all happen. It’s such a pleasure when the a place lives up to and, more importantly, exceeds its reviews online. It’s a wonderful boutique hotel. They pro-actively reached out before our stay a few different times to see what we might need, were able to accommodate us for a very early check-in and helped facilitate having roses and chocolate in the room for that very early check-in for my wife’s special birthday. The staff were all amazingly caring and courteous. The breakfast buffet was just enough to satisfy everyone. The location, for us, was terrific enabling us to walk everywhere and moments to the park. I don’t often take the time to write reviews but our stay was so wonderful I felt compelled to take the time to write this. You will not be disappointed!

Small, lovely boutique hotel steps from The Louvre, Tuilierres, Rue de Rivoli etc. we stayed 3 nights. The staff was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The room, number 40, was large and exactly as described/pictured. Very quiet with comfortable bed and bedding, and large well accessorized bathroom. We had a lovely view of the street, with windows that opened but no street noise once closed. Our reservation came with a very good and much appreciated breakfast. Guests seem to be from all over France, Europe and U.S.

Google
The perfect hotel for a trip to Paris! The hotel is in such a good location--very close to shopping, restaurants, & tourism. The rooms were clean, quaint, & comfortable. Not super spacious, but plenty of room to rest in between touring the city. The staff were incredibly kind & accommodating! We felt welcomed & safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Google
This boutique hotel is our favorite place to stay in Paris! The hotel is close to everything and you can walk everywhere from this location . We had an amazing experience at this hotel ! The hotel was very clean , comfortable and delightful ! Their beds were the most comfortable we slept in , while we were in Europe! What a treat for the end of our trip ! We only wish we would have stayed longer We’ ll definitely be back !! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to visit Paris ! You won’t be disappointed! We also left our phone at the hotel! They made a stressful situation- not stressful one iota. They promptly mailed our phone back to the United States . We received the phone within two days after our return

Google
Fantastic hotel! It’s in a great location …steps away from shopping on St. Honoré and a few blocks from the Louvre. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We don’t have breakfast, but we did utilize the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Highly recommend.

Google
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is conveniently located near the Louvre and transport links. The staff was friendly and approachable. The room decor was gorgeous (real books!, complimentary snacks in room, and indulgent bathroom with luxurious bath & beauty samples). The breakfast bar was beautifully presented, and the food was delicious. I loved every single thing about this hotel. If I ever return to Paris, I will most definitely stay here again. The hotel is pricey but worth every cent. Fantastic experience.

Google
Great location central to Major attraction, Metro and bus stations. We bought Continental breakfast package. Food choices were healthy and the bread were absolutely delicious. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this chic hotel located in central Paris.

Yelp
The staff was amazing they had all the things I didn't have lol. A plug transfer to charge my devices and a wine opener for the beat France wine. The hotel is very nice. I recommend this hotel near the Louvre walking distance from some of the best shops. YSL, balenciaga and Marley De Marley and many more.

Yelp
This hotel has terrible customer service. Do not stay here their messages are rude and hostile.

Yelp
Great experience. Room was clean, roomy, and quiet- just perfect for our stay in Paris. Restaurants, shopping, and lots to see within walking distance. The service was amazing, especially George who was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Yelp
This is 100% a boutique hotel in Paris. It's in a great location, close to the opera house, but far enough away from the traffic/main roads so it's not noisy at all. Something you should know about this hotel...everything is smaller than what you would expect in the states. The elevator is narrow, and so small that barely two people can fit (without luggage). The rooms are also smaller, bathroom is narrow as well, but this seemed to be the norm for most of the hotels we stayed at in France. Beds were super comfy! The front desk staff is FANTASTIC. So friendly and accomodating! The hotel is well maintained and clean, and they are quick to respond if you need anything sent to your room. Our package included breakfast every morning which was awesome. Fresh FRENCH bread, croissants, meats, cheese, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), sausage, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. It was the perfect start to our morning each day. The hotel is located close to a metro station, and a nice area of souvenir shops just across the street so that was super convenient. I would definitely reccommend this hotel to any of my friends wanting something a little more charming than a Hilton or a Hyatt.

Yelp
Stayed here June 21 through June 24, 2022. We haven't left yet. We leave tomorrow morning. The hotel room itself is fine. However here are the negatives: 1. They sent us an email before we arrived asking if we would like to be picked up from the train station and brought to the hotel. We said yes. We arrived from London via the Eurostar train and no one showed up to pick us up. We ended up having to wait in line for a taxi for about 40 minutes in the blazing sun. 2. The hotel website shows someone making a nice cocktail for you. There's actually no one to make a cocktail for you. They have bottles of liquor with bottles of soda or club soda. But it's a serve yourself scenario and there's no ice. 3. The website also shows light catering available such as meat and cheese boards. There's actually no meat and cheeseboards available. There's jars of some kind of spread and that's it. Oh and a jar of nuts that you can purchase. 4. I came down hoping to get a glass of wine and they said I couldn't have a glass I would have to buy the whole bottle. 5. I called down one morning requesting a latte, which they say they will bring your breakfast up to your room upon request, but they said I would have to come down and make it in the machine myself. They would not bring it up to the room. 6. For the final glory topper, we requested a private car to take us to the airport in the morning. They confirmed that they had booked it for us. A little while later they called our room and said the private car canceled. So we would have to call an Uber. Being in a foreign country, we aren't really sure that Uber is going to show up so we asked if they could please arrange another ride for us. They said that the taxis are on strike and they could not do that. I asked if there were any other options and the guy on the phone said no. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he said the manager was not there and would not be in until nine in the morning. We need to leave by 8:15 AM. I asked him what we were supposed to do if we couldn't get a ride and he said there's nothing he could do to help us any further. I asked him to please call the manager and he said that he "would not do that.". I asked him what would happen if we missed our flight because this hotel could not figure out a way to get us to the airport and he said there was nothing he could do about that. So he refused to contact the manager, refused to try to find us another private car, didn't offer for someone at the hotel to take us, I didn't offer a train service, didn't offer a bus service, nothing. He said the trains weren't going to be running. And he literally offered us no other option. So I immediately went on my phone and booked a different private car that's going to cost us €250. If you are looking for a place to strictly lay your head to sleep, this might be for you. But at this price I expected at least what was offered on their website. And trust me when I tell you, what they offer on their website is not what you will get in person. In fact you will get abandoned at the train station and abandoned trying to get a ride to the airport. I'm furious and extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. I would not stay here again.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my stay here. I was in Paris for a week on a solo trip and this was the perfect place to come home to everyday. The staff is so welcoming, warm, and very accommodating to English speakers. I never felt bad about not being fluent in French. The hotel is in an ideal location, very quiet, super clean, and the breakfast is incredible. It's really the perfect place to stay!

Yelp
First of all, before you arrive at a hotel, you can glean some insight into their credo and core values by how you are corresponded with. We needed to find out more about our arrangements for our extended stay in Paris. We had never been and I wanted to know that we were confirmed so I called and Thomas answered the phone. I had occasion to speak with each before we arrived and both were excellent representatives of the hotel. Reassuring me that we were in line for what was expected. We were staying at this hotel for 18 days. When we travel, we want to stay in a smaller area of each city and wear it out. Exploring to a point where the locals start to recognize us. I know that we will be back at some point and I want to be assured of a great upcoming trip. Nisrine is the manager and she was exceptional related to the handling of all the current hotel affairs. She has been very kind and receptive - helping us at every part along the way. With bookings, visits and various tickets for the local fare. Eylin - WOW - I cannot go far enough to give emphasis to the golden rule being exemplified by this excellent person. She has been there for us if we had any needs and was kind, confident and forthright. Delphine - Excellent client service. Treated us like family. Giving us the foresight to prepare for each daily adventure, where to go and where to stay away from to keep safe. Me being LAPD (ret), cause me alarm and I want to know where we have a better chance of no issues coming up, she served us well. Said - (Saeed), This one was spectacular, he is the head of custodial services and a person who wears many hats. He was professional and one that I could have a beer with. He took care of our needs and "can't" was not part of his banter. He always served us and his personality truly is contagious. Lea was also in the employ of the hotel in custodial services, she always made our room tidy and did a great job at refreshing the laundry and leaving the appropriate items after she observed how our day to day needs was established by habit - quickly! This hotel was in the right spot. We walked everywhere - close to the Effiel tower, close to the shopping - and if you go to the Arc De Triomphe traveling through famous "Champs" - you will find some of the same, even better, a block away from this hotel. Be well, we hope you enjoy your stay and please let them know that you read my review. Talk soon and I'm Connor MacIvor, Over and Out!

Yelp
I stayed here recently for 3 nights. The hotel itself is a smaller boutique hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when we had questions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Louvre (walking distance). They do not offer a direct shuttle from the airport (CDG) however they have a shared shuttle service available (for two it was about 40€ total). Breakfast was included/complimentary, and had a decent selection of hot and cold items. I only picked at the croissants and some of the meat/cheese plates and didn't really like anything else (yogurt, hard boiled egg, individual boxed cereal, etc.). Their orange juice was amazing though - had to be a blend of some other juice. There isn't a lot of seating in the breakfast area, maybe able to fit about a dozen people. The elevator here is this really old school (kinda cool) cart that only fits one person and one luggage at a time. Two people, if you're both skinny. Otherwise the circular staircase will be good exercise for you. I think there was only 6 floors anyway. Our room was the basic room but it sufficed just fine. The TV was definitely on the tiny side. Safe in the closet. The bathroom wasn't too big but enough to get your business done. The shower/tub needs a little bit more splash-guard as water was getting on the floor always. There was a little bit of mold on some of the bathroom tile toward the ceiling. Water pressure could have been better, as there was one night that I was taking a shower and the water basically stopped (sounded like the room next door was using the bathroom too). Wi-Fi is free here but they need to give you a unique sign in and code for EACH device that needs it. I constantly needed to re-enter the codes every time my devices would go into power saving mode.

Yelp
Came here a year back for a trip, hotel was somewhat easy to find. Check in was pretty smooth as the front desk was able to find all my documents etc. The room isn't very furnished even for their king sized room, and the towels aren't very clean. The room had a strange scent, had to open the windows. It sucks that there is no view to the outside at all from these rooms.

Yelp
FABULOUS location! You are literally a block from the Tuileries, so close to the Louvre, La'Orangerie, Place de Concord, etc. Also, lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. We booked our room through europeandestinations.com and originally had a double room. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and our room was not yet ready (previous occupants still in it). The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and offered to store our luggage while we did some sightseeing. As we were rearranging stuff in our bags and freshening up a bit, he approached us with an offer of a much bigger room that was available immediately for 30 Euros more a night. Yes! Our room was lovely. King sized bed, full bath with tub, plenty of space. There was a mini-bar. While we didn't partake of the items in there, we did use the fridge to chill beverages we purchased at the store down the street. When we leaned out the windows, we could see the ferris wheel in the Tuileries (there was a fair/carnival going on, which was an added bonus). Also, even though the walls seemed thin, we could not hear our neighbors from the bedroom. (We could hear them from the bathroom. They were prone to singing in the morning, which was amusing.) And, there was complimentary wifi, which was nice. I was able to look things up on my phone. Breakfast was included in our room rate and there was a fairly good selection of items. The only thing I would suggest is that it would have been nice to have brewed tea rather than just tea bags. Overall, location is perfect, room was certainly satisfactory, and staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It's not your upscale 5-star hotel, so don't expect that, but it certainly met all of our needs.

Yelp
Stayed in this hotel from June 1-6, 2019. Very cute nice hotel very close to attractions and shops. Walking distance to the Louvre museum, a lot of cafes, restaurants and high-end shops. Staff are very helpful and their transport service (drivers) are very professional. Room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is ok but can be improved, I like the coffee machine the most for breakfast .The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars is because they were not able to accommodate my request for an early check-in which I requested a couple weeks before my scheduled arrival. Arriving in Paris from the USA at around 10AM is really tiring, we were not checked in until 3 pm. Other than this, it was a good stay.

Yelp
I stayed in Paris for 4 nights with my mom at the Hotel Louvre Montana. I think we paid a lot for our room (like $250/nt) but it was at a time when hotel prices all over the city were sky high. Service at the front desk is very friendly, check in is easy. One thing that was odd at first is you have to leave the key whenever you leave the building. This ended up being kind of nice, because you don't have to worry about possibly losing the key. The room itself was fairly large, especially for European standards. The bathrooms had been renovated, pretty nice shower and sinks. There was a good amount of closet/drawer space and a desk, as well as an iron and refrigerator. My only complaints about the room were that the carpet looked kind of worn, and the floors were creaky. Free internet is awesome, you just have to get the info from the front desk. We didn't try the breakfast, which is like 14 euros. Instead we went to a boulangerie nearby and bought some pretty cheap bread/pastries, and either made or bought coffee, spending well under 5 euros each. I highly recommend this route. Oh, and drinks in the fridge/minibar are reasonably priced. Then again, it's France, you can easily get a bottle of decent wine at nearby stores for 4 or 5 euros. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it if you're interested in staying in this part of Paris. The location is great, close to Metro stops, the Louvre, the Seine, and lots of restaurants/shopping.

Yelp
Wonderful central location close to all tourist attractions. Front desk staff is extremely helpful for any of your questions or needs. You will love this hotel.

Yelp
We stayed two nights here on our quick trip to Paris. Let me sum things up quickly for you: Location gets a five-star for the price. Right next to the Louvre museum and a quick walk to the Champs-Élysées. Everything else is a quick taxi ride. Front-desk service was great, especially if you need restaurant reservations, and you don't speak French. Email the hotel and ask them to call to make and/or confirm reservations for you. Our room was small. Tiny. Yes, it had a bathroom, but it was TINY. Make sure you know what your room size is when you reserve. The elevator is big enough for a couple of people squeeze in, or luggage, but not both. Still, we thought this was amusing more than a frustration. We should have taken pictures. One major frustration was that room service took our wash clothes and didn't leave fresh ones. When we asked at the front desk, they didn't have any spares. This was unacceptable, but since I had had a really good meal at The Taillevent, I was in too good of a mood to complain. Four stars, and worth a look if you want to be within walking distance of the heart of Paris.

Yelp
The location alone puts this hotel high on my list. It's centralized to many landmarks. The Louvre is literally a hop and skip away. The Notre Dame is a short stroll along the Seine. The Eiffel Tower and L'Arc de Triomphe is a short 45 minute walk. It seems like a much shorter walk with all to see along the Champs Elysees. All the shopping areas and restaurants gives anyone plenty of options. The hotel itself is a small hotel with I'd say no more than 30 rooms. The room was smaller than desired but we managed just fine. The restroom was a great size with plenty of room. The room was clean and they room service was very attentive. The front desk was very helpful from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The hotel also has a cute little elevator that fits 2 people only. I'd say it's more character than a nuisance. We were to go up down a few times a day easily even with a huge luggage and a growing belly. This hotel would get 5 stars if the room was a tad bit bigger.

Yelp
The former reviews are from 2006 - 2013. I was here in July 2015. The front desk personnel were nasty and unhelpful. They tried to coerce friends into taking two different rooms with broken air conditioning. It was 97F outside. My friends had to go to another hotel. The staff was belligerent and said they could not refund money. Beware, this place looks like it has gone way downhill.

Gail A.

Yelp
I thought this was a lovely little hotel. Exactly what I wanted. Cute little room with a somewhat uneven floor. 2 windows and a little refrigerator in the closet. I was a single woman alone in Paris and I never felt unsafe. The only thing was the girl at the desk the morning I checked up was pretty unpleasant. She acted as if I was bothering her whenever I asked a question. I tried to make nice and brought her roses from a little shop around the corner. She put them in water didn't cut the stems and left them at the desk. I felt stupid for even trying

Yelp
We have stayed here twice and both times have been blown away with the location and hospitality. We had two young children with us and the room was the perfect size with a small balcony. The front desk was always helpful, friendly and informative. I am not sure as to why reviews have gone down as when we stayed two weeks ago it was as good as three years ago. Overall I am thrilled with the value of this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this hotel super cute clean the beds were extremely comfortable and ac worked great apart from the room the staff was very friendly and location was good we would stay here again

Yelp
Horrible experience, we stayed August 21, 2015. Broken air conditioning, loud fan, and the staff got into our room to clean twice despite the fact we put the "not disturbed" sign was placed on the door handle. We had few small things missing but it was too late to report them because we found out when we returned back home. Also we didn't feel comfortable leaving our room key with the front desk as they requested.

Andy L.

Yelp
Great location and staff. The staff was always engaging and responsive. The room was a bit smaller than I had expected.

Yelp
This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. You are two minutes walk from the metro station and about five to ten minutes walk to the Louvre Museum/Museo D'Orsay. The staff are so, so friendly and the the breakfast was delicious. This was my husband's favorite hotel while in Paris!

Yelp
Nice hotel at a great location We enjoyed our stay here very much. We usually stay in the 5th but this time wanted to be nearer museums. The hotel is nice, the rooms plenty spacious. The staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to recommend restaurants and other diversions that were kid friendly. Wifi was an unexpected bonus.

Rhonda B.

Yelp
The location was nice, as were the people at the front desk. While the room was clean, it was no frills (shampoo/conditioner and toiletries other than basic soap not provided) and in need of a renovation (pink carpeting, beds awkwardly placed, and what looked like a piece of furniture from a baby's nursery, but no drawers to put away clothes). Elevator was tiny, we couldn't travel up with our luggage. The breakfast was sub-par - lousy croissants (in Paris!) and the strangest thing was that there was this nervous, older, hen-like Frenchman who was overseeing the breakfast room. Among his strange behaviors, he was mimicking my young daughter (who was crying) to another guest, he seemed put out when I requested an extra plate, and he jumped and grabbed the coffee pod from me when I tried to make coffee in the machine provided (he made it for me, but not in a gracious way). It was bizarre. It's been awhile since I visited one, but I guessing it is one or two steps up from a hostel.
