Hotel Lozenge

What a great little hotel!...perfect location, beautiful room and lobby restaurant, all situation in one of the nicest areas in Athens. Walking distance to all historic locations. Room was well kept and roomy (hotel has been updated in the past few years). Just a wonderful hotel but the best part were the amazing, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, staff! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy all that Athens has to offer!

Lozenge Hotel placed the hospitality expectations, and raised the client expected standards from Athens small hotels very high. It is the best value Hotel in its category, beautiful, well kept premises, very clean and cosy deco. In addition it location is one of the best, proving direct access to Syntagma. But last and not least the food is excellent in quality and deep variety of options. As I am travelling around the world in similar city hotels, I can rate it as one of the top, and I can understand now why this hotel has so many loyal clients that visit it for 5 to 7 times in row. Keep the good work!

Service, service, service, along with location x 3. ||Super clean and comfortable.||I had a long correspondence with Marietta from the front desk, having to add a night to our stay, while the hotel was fully booked. ||She was quick to reply and offered good advice and information. ||It was a real pleasure to have someone like her on the "other side" and be assured that everything is taken care of. The hotel management should be proud to have someone so service-oriented like Marietta.||Many thanks to you and all the other staff !!||Kudos to Yanis (spelling??) for providing an excellent fresh squeezed juice to complement a varied b'fast.

This hotel is a gem! It's beautiful, quiet, the rooms are lovely, it's in a great location, and every member of the staff is so helpful and friendly. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbbeat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Athens. And a special thank you to Marietta, for taking such good care of us.

Hotel was in a great location. It was in a mall, so be aware that a taxi can't pull up right outside reception, there's a short walk from the road with your luggage.||The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. They are always checking on you, smiling and asking how you are. Breakfast was included in our stay and while it was modest in offering, it was handy to have in the mornings.||The room was spacious, beautiful big bathroom with an amazing bath. No view however we did have a balcony and could open the door for fresh air. We don't love airconditioning on all the time, so to turn that off and have fresh air in our room was amazing.||Great location being surrounded by high-end boutiques (ie. Rolex, Dior, Gucci etc) and great cafes/eateries. A little supermarket down the road and two streets away is a laundromat which was really helpful! It's a block or so away from Ermou St and main tourist area which is great, it's not as noisy, and a 15-minute walk to the Plaka.||Only downside - The lights outside the balcony are on each night until late and the window treatments aren't the best, so light does shine in to the room when you're trying to sleep.||The bed is very soft and bouncy. It's ok when you lay flat on it, however we prefer a firmer mattress so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep.

Earnestly the best customer service of any hotel experience. Hotel staff and management team went above and beyond to help us get to hotel during taxi strike. They arranged for breakfast at 3:30am next day with transportation alleviating our worries to get to the airport. They allowed us early check in as well. Their complementary breakfast top notch, as was their evening wine appetizers as well. Location, comfort, quality, and ensuring guests are well taken care of. Of all the hotels including the USA, this was by far the best experience! Highly recommend!!!! Simply exceptional!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they offered us complimentary breakfast right when we arrived. Our room was also ready by 9:30 am! They were incredibly accommodating and had great recommendations. The hotel is located on a beautiful street and is very central. We will definitely be back.

Second time we’ve stopped at this hotel and on this occasion we’d had a long ferry trip so once we got to the hotel we were both tired and fed up. The receptionist greeted us with a lovely, warm smile and said they had given us a room upgrade . This made our day so much better. The room was massive with a large balcony, it was fabulous. We had a meal at the hotel which again was fabulous!|The breakfast is great and we had the best time again. All the staff were friendly and polite (I’m sorry I didn’t get names )|Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Athens again this is where we will stay
