Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection

We stayed at Hotel Luc in Berlin as a family for one night and had a really great experience. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out – the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.||The food was excellent. Breakfast was high quality with a great selection, and we were especially impressed by the lunch menu, which felt a step above what you’d normally expect from a hotel restaurant.||The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the views from the room were superb. As a Platinum member, we felt truly valued and were pleasantly surprised with a nice room upgrade.||Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return.

Hotel LUC location is fantastic. Across from Christmas Markets and not far from other attractions. We were provided an upgrade to a unique 2 floor suite which had perfect views of the city. This room is featured in the Autograph Collection book. The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and helped with any reservations or bookings. The breakfast was also very good. |The hotel is smaller and unique. When we were there, the elevators were being worked on so had to use service elevators. Staff helped with suitcases which was great.

Stayed here for 3 night. Rooms were lovely. Fairly spacious for a big city. Great location to walk round Berlin. Most tourist attractions within 20 min walk. We didn’t eat in the hotel as the €29 breakfast seemed excessive. We tried the bar which did great cocktails. It felt a bit soulless but we didn’t really spend too long in the hotel.

I had a lovely four-night stay at this hotel. Check-in was a great experience — comfortable seating at reception and a glass of champagne to start, which was a wonderful touch! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the cathedral, which looked absolutely stunning when lit up at night. Breakfast was good, with a selection of eggs cooked to order. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay — special thanks to Sebastian at breakfast, who made our mornings even better. The location couldn’t be better — right by Gendarmenmarkt, with plenty of restaurants just a few doors away. I would totally recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city. My only suggestion would be to have real flowers or plants instead of plastic ones — it would add an even nicer, more natural touch to the lovely atmosphere of the hotel.

All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Loved the 'green' option of a drink at the bar each evening rather than having your room serviced. You could still pick up fresh water and towels from reception. The hotel is in a brilliant location by the Gendarmenmarkt, a beer hall a few doors away. I would totally recommend here.

The room and service were amazing. The quality of the infrastructure, furniture, lighting, bedclothes, bathroom, and cleaning was impeccable. Only the breakfast could have been better: the pictures of breakfast didn't match reality. For a five-star hotel and the breakfast price, we expected more flavorful food and varieties. A few examples: The type of bread was simple, there was only one sweet option, and only one natural juice, among other things. I'm marriot bonvoy member.

Amazing stay here - even better than expected. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Although they warned us that we might not be able to check in early based on availability (understandable) they did have a room ready when we arrived and even upgraded us based on my Bonvoy status (which virtually never happens, especially for a 3 night stay - very appreciated!). The room and amenities were very nice. The restaurant/bar staff also very helpful - I loved the green option that allowed you to forgo cleaning for a free drink (for both of us) every night at the bar. The breakfasts were also amazing and the spa/gym area a real treat. Great location as well - so glad we stayed there!

Would not recommend it. Had a bad experience although a Gold card member of the group. Hotel is nice but the overall experience makes you never come back. feeling is very far from a 5-star experience, not even close. Breakfast doesn't have real coffee just the machine kind and lots of stuff was empty /finished already at 9:30. Gym was nice though and there is a separate yoga room at the top floor. Best thing about this hotel was the cleaning staff, super friendly!
