Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and less crowded. I was quite surprised that this hotel being so well located and accessible, had such less bookings (probably off season)||We had a seamless check in and the reception staff, Mr. Satish, Mr. Deepak were able to accommodate our request for another room immediately. We had an issue with the AC which was promptly attended to and fixed in 10 mins.||The hotel is around 40 years old, hence has the old charm of colonial architecture. Given that timeframe, the hotel is well maintained. Have been to hotels/ resorts which are just 10 - 15 years old that need so much of maintenance.||Their bar and restaurant were not great to write about. Food was average with both, veg and non veg fare available. Breakfast was a la carte and took a very long time. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The highlight is the prime location and it's just 5 min walk to temple and the round. The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are well kept. Washroom fittings show their age and the shower head/taps did not work as expected. Food is superb and priced value for money. Ample parking available. Staff is very helpful

It's not enough to just build a four-star hotel. Not only the guests who come there, but also the drivers who come there are human beings. You don't have to do anything else for them. Just give them a clean bathroom. That's common courtesy and humanity.I have photos of your drivers bathroom, I'm not posting them here.

We hosted my husband's landmark surprise birthday party at Hotel Luciya Palace recently, and I can't thank them enough for making it so special! Right from the very start, their team went above and beyond to coordinate every little detail with such professionalism and care. The venue itself was elegant and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was flawless – every guest commented on how wonderful it all was. If you are planning an event, big or small, I highly recommend Hotel Luciya Palace. Their dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail helped us create a truly memorable celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Thrissur, close to the important temples. The service is quick, and the staff is hardworking. The breakfast spread is limited, but tasty. The hotel looks like a palace and the ambiance is nice; rooms are spacious too. The hotel needs to improve the toiletries, especially the handwash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious, making my stay a truly memorable experience. "Pothichoru" really needed a special mention and that itself offer a second visit.

I had a lunch with my family of 9 members here and really couldn't enjoy the food as we expected. Most of them ordered Chicken biriyani and some of them noodles. Biriyani was ok but for our surprise it was in just warm condition. A specific noodle dish we ordered which we use to have from another famous restaurant in the town, But here we got a normal noodle dish which is even not close to the street vendors offering today's market. I raised the issue to the manager & he offered me that they will make a new dish for me which I denied because it was already 3pm and also we waited a long time to place the order and to receive it too, while the restaurant was occupied with 20%. Anyways management have to look into the situation very seriously because customer is paying what you priced on the menu & at the end receiving something very normal dish which is below market level & is not acceptable. I really don't want to give a ONE star ⭐ here because I really appreciate the time & effort the team took to serve me & my family on this day. Thank you.

The rooms were average. They have maintained the rooms well but the fact that It is an old building brings about limitations with cleanliness.
