Nice a quiet place! Great location between see site and center, everything you need is on walking distance. Friendly staff! 😊 Don’t go to the restaurant for any reason, the restaurant is separate from the hotel and you can see the huge difference!!! The staff in the restaurant at moment someone walks in - they like…..’ophhhh no, better go somewhere else. Very lazy and unfriendly persons!!!!!!!

The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel. The staff are OK. There is no kettle or free water in the room. There is a Cafe restaurant on the ground floor. And nearby supermarket nearby

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The location was perfect near the bus station and train station, the beach and city centre. The gym was awesome to use. They had a sauna I never used. Breakfast was ok. Wifi pretty good. The room nice and clean and a nice bathroom. They were so helpful I left my tshirt accidentally and they sent it to me up in Varna. I really appreciate that. Thanks!

Ideal location downtown, 3 min walk to the main pedestrian street, walking distance to the port area, Burgas municipality and shopping streets. All rooms facing East are quiet, comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom with hot water 24/7. Smiling and welcoming staff. Shortly - great value for money.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. ||The hotel and room were neat and clean. The room wasn't fancy but it was clean and neat and spacious.||It was a very comfortable stay. ||They offered breakfast to their guests. It was a delicious hot meal with fresh ingredients not a typical continental breakfast. It was served by wait staff who took your order. ||We would stay there again.

Never ever again! I had a business trip to Burgas and planned to work from this hotel. Once I checked in I realised that the wifi is so poor. They gave me another router but it didn’t work as well. After a few hours of struggle I decided to leave this hotel and move somewhere else. Arrogant lady at the reception asked me to pay 85lv since I already checked in. Such a SHAME on YOU to charge people for 2 hours stay when you don’t have the wifi and your rooms are boiling hot without air conditioning.

I was nervous about this hotel as I’ve seen some bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. It was generally clean ( except for some dead flies) and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The have checkout at 12 which is great as I could sleep in. Overall for the price, I would recommend this hotel. Great location too
