Hotel Lunajuim

The hotel has everything you need - great access to the trails, comfortable bed and warm shower. The staff are great, very friendly and have excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The staff were so nice that I mentioned it was my birthday when we checked in and so would like a reservation for a restaurant - they gave me recommendations and also brought me a birthday cake which was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice basic hotel in El Chalten. Huge common room that had a lot of seating. Wifi was okay. No fitness center. Breakfast was fine, the usual buffet spread. We did not try eating at the restaurant otherwise. Can definitely hear noise in the hallways.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a few blocks from restaurants and shops, so quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Room clean and spacious. The staff was enthusiastic and available for assistance and recommendations. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice and its staff is super friendly (in a nice, not false way like so many others). The lady who received us was lovely and very helpful, she was always ready to help whenever we had a question or when I, for example, asked the room to not have perfume in as I'm quite sensitive to fragrances. She immediately wrote down a note so the maid knew not to put any.|The breakfast is nice and it has good selections. I would probably add individual fruits for those who want a fruit but not fruit salad (it's absolutely delicious tho).|The room is pleasant, but the heater is put to the top when we first came in. We turned it off and opened the window which made it much nicer. Bathroom is also nice and functional.|

I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Cleanliness, helpful and accommodating staff, and ideal location all describe our experience! Our rooms were tidied each day and the breakfast service was a pleasure. We enjoyed the box lunch for our hike as well! If we had the good fortune to return to this beautiful town we would certainly stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!

Loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful - above and beyond. Our room was lovely, large and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options and an excellent staff. The location is adjacent to the main street for restaurants with good choices very close. The town is small enough that all locations are walkable to trail heads. We would definitely stay here again. 6 Stars!

Perfect space for what you get. You have to imagine that you are in an isolated mountain town at the end of the world, and most people who come here are serious nature lovers. It is a beautiful hotel and loved the lobby area. All the workers were amazing and really connected with them! They are super informative, helpful, and just great energy! They have gluten free options too and their lunchbox I needed for Laguna Capri was amazing! The rooms are bare, but the beds were comfortable and it got nice and toasty in there at night. 😊 The internet is bad in the whole town though, so keep that in mind. Their location is great! It is very quiet and peaceful and perfect for an isolated mountain town. 😊

Great staff who explained the trails to you. Warm, friendly and helpful. Shout out to mateo and Camilla. Clean rooms, good location and great front lobby to sit and drink and share your trail stories. Warm and inviting! Good breakfast. Spent 3 nights.
