Hotel Luxe Split

As others have said, the location is great. Just arm's length from the crowds from the promenade and the palace. The rooms are clean and tidy, well appointment, and very quiet. What really shines at this property, though, is the staff. Housekeeping was the best I've experienced in recent memory, and I travel quite a bit and stay at higher-end hotels. The front desk, especially Yuri, were all super helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendant, Nataly, was always a great part of our morning -- we stayed for 8 days, so we saw the staff a lot. We really enjoyed our stay. Again, good room, great location, superb staff.

This hotel is perfectly located for the old town and access to the harbour and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a single guest. There is also the bonus on having access to a gym, sauna and whirlpool. Breakfast is classic continental and had a good mix of meats, cereal, toast, pastries etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially when looking for good restaurants). Unfortunately due to an emergency in the UK, I had to cut my holiday short after 2 days. Due to the situation the hotel graciously offered to refund me for my lost 4 nights. So can honestly offer 5* for the customer service experience.

Wonderful hotel within a few minutes walk to the city. Excellent amenities including Gym, Sauna, and Whirlpool. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and very helpful. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Very comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my 4 night stay there and highly recommend Hotel Luxe.

We chose this hotel and booked direct with the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable with balcony over looking the harbour and sea. Location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk to the old town, and with all rooms at the back away from the traffic, there was no noise disturbance. Also close to the bus and train station and port for ferries to the islands. Staff were helpful in booking taxis. The breakfast buffet was not exciting but perfectly fine.

LOCATION! The Hotel Luxe is in walking distance of the best Split has to offer. The hotel itself is nice, if not particularly memorable. We had a packed bucket list and did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep. Certainly no drawbacks to speak of. Would recommend.

Location Location!! Loved the location of this property! We went into the Palace walls area multiple times a day. The breakfast was great, quaint rooms and lovely local vibe when on the balcony. Very disappointing jacuzzi however, needs to come off of the website as an amenity, it was ice cold.

Hotel Luxe is a great location just steps from Old Town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Natalie was lovely. The only thing we didn’t understand was why there were no English TV channels. 😊

The hotel is located near the old town and the sea promenade, great for sightseeing, traditional building internally renovated to high present day standard. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money.
