The hotel is wonderful! Comfortable and super clean room. Great, kind and friendly staff. Very tasty breakfast. The location is good. 💖👍🏻 The negative point is that the hotel does not offer late checkout, even if you pay extra. 🥹 Which was a negative point because my flight was at night and I had to leave the hotel early and couldn't enjoy the beach until later. The hotel could offer late checkout. I highly recommend it. I loved the accommodation. 💖🤩

We stayed at Nobu, which was right next to this hotel, but we ate here once or twice a day. The food was tasty and at a good price too. So far, it was the best deal in regards of quality-price ratio that I've seen in Ksamil. We ate salmon and octopus with garnishes, which I recommend, but I suggest you skip the soups though. The tres leches cake was neither good or bad, it was ok. The waiters are very cordial and friendly, which was a plus for us. The terrace is not the fanciest, but it's clean and quiet, with a quite peaceful atmosphere. Overall our experience eating here was a good one.

The service was amazing we were treated with lots of Patience and care. When we first entered the hotel the receptionist was very well trained and treated us with lots of respect. The rooms were clean and good quality. The security was also really good. I definitely recommend visiting.

I recently stayed at Hotel Luxury and had an exceptional experience. The location is great, with nice beaches nearby, including my favorite, Augusto Beach. The area is very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway, and it's not expensive either. The prices for cocktails are very reasonable, and the bar staff are the best – the friendliest I've encountered in Albania. The girls at the reception are always brilliant and very helpful. The cleaning and hygiene levels are top-notch. I love this place and would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay at hotel Luxury. The receptionist were the most helpful, professional and kind day and night! They were so welcoming and arranged everything and anything we needed for our holiday from car hire to day trip recommendations. The waiting staff always went above and beyond for breakfast and in the evening, they couldn’t do enough for you and were so kind and professional. They recommended some lovely places to visit and all seemed like genuinely nice people. The room was lovely, very comfortable clean and had a nice view of the sea and a spacious balcony. The room was made spotless every morning by the house keeping staff. The staff really do make this place and are a credit to the hotel, I would recommend the hotel to anyone and can’t thank them enough for a lovely holiday. The hotel its self was spotless, very clean, modern, cosy and comfortable, we really felt at home. A short walk to a lovely beach in the nicer quieter park of Ksamil.

We only came to the restaurant of this hotel, but the environment was cozy, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and desserts. The Tiramisu was huge and incredibly tasty, and their traditional caramel dessert was exceptionally delicious. The waiter was extremely pleasant and kind. I loved everything about this place!

Absolutely loved our stay! Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was lovely, clean and impeccable rooms. But most of all the STAFF! They need a shout out. Tanya (receptionist) was very friendly and accommodating, was prepared to help with anything we needed. Plenty of parking and only a 15min/5min walk/drive to the beach, bars and centre. Highly recommend staying here.

We spent 6 nights at Hotel Luxury and cannot fault it in any way. Our room was spotless, the staff helpful and the food tasty. I highly recommend a stay here.
