Hotel Luxury

I've been here twice and have been pleased each time. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very good. I especially liked the daily housekeeping and the meticulous cleaning of the rooms. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach and the city center. The breakfast is also great. To be honest we took a late deal with last minute and this was the hotel , this being our first trip to Albania was not sure what the Luxury would actually be like . Well pleasantly surprised , super run little hotel , very modern and very good quality rooms with super decor , great rain showers all you would expect , staff so helpful we turned up at 0500 couldn't see a space to park , night staff came out and relaxed us instantly, told us to park in front of other vehicles- helped us get in and settled , took the key and parked the car for us . When we came down the next day the car was parked in a prime spot . All staff so helpful , breakfast great . No pool not many hotels have one but when you a five minute walk from one of euros best beaches that's not an issue , it's 4 star in every other respect for a very reasonable price . Five minute walk from all the lovely area , but far enough away to be very tranquil. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ksamil

It’s a nice hotel, very clean. Our terrace had view for a concrete wall poorly decorated with plastic plants. The reception service is very good and reliable. Breakfast was ok.

We loved our rooms and location wise, we were close to the beach & restaurants. The service provided at reception was top tier. The two ladies were amazing and always helped us when we needed it. We would recommend this hotel. Also, if you’re looking to go to a nice beach, take a taxi to Arameras Beach, (will take 7 mins). We’re gonna circle the block with this one x.

Hotel Luxury offered a great experience for an incredible price. From the moment we arrived staff were accommodating and made us feel at home. Very spacious and comfortable room, with air conditioning and unlimited hot water. The free hotel breakfast was good, although I'd rather get a piece of Byrek from a local bakery in Ksamil. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

In my opinion, the hotel lacks comfort, there is no iron, no kettle, no slippers, the shower also leaked, into the entire bathroom. On the plus side, a nice view from the room, good staff

We stayed at the hotel for a week. It’s conveniently located near the beaches, including the public one. I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to, as we haven’t experienced such professional service from hotel staff in a long time. A special mention goes to Tana at the reception—she truly deserves praise. She was incredibly helpful with everything, and her most common response was: “No problem.” No matter the issue, she was ready to assist. Every hotel in Ksamil—and even all of Albania—could envy such a dedicated employee! The hotel and the rooms were also spotlessly clean. We highly recommend Luxury, and we send our warm regards to the ladies at the reception, the gentlemen from the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff. Anetta i Przemysław Polska

I’ve stayed 4 days in June. The staff is really helpful. Especially the reception personel I’ve mostly contacted with are so smiley and gentle. We checked out so early. They prepared us a big breakfast take away. Room was clean. The only thing I can criticize is the sizes of beds. Single beds may be larger. Thank you for everyting.
