Located centrally with breakfast included are high points. But, could have been better sized rooms. We were 3 adults and paid accordingly. Even then, I feel room we got (Comfort size room) is not big enough. Extra bed was big and occupied much of the available space. During day time kept it outside and again brought in at night. Service was excellent and overall it was worth the room charges. No toilet paper provided. We asked room service to provide

Certainly! Here’s a refined version of your hotel review: --- Our room’s window had no view, which was disappointing. Additionally, one of the two rooms we booked had an unpleasant smell. I requested an iron, but it didn’t arrive even after 15 minutes. I had to follow up with another call before it was finally delivered. The bathroom was quite small, making it less comfortable to use. Overall, the experience could have been much better with improved amenities and service. --- Let me know if you’d like any modifications!

Had one night pleasant stay here and I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Madurai. Hotel is situated at a prime location, the temple, bus stand, railway station all are within walkable distance of <1km. The staffs and their hospitality was really good, room was pretty neat and clean, had valet parking (though, you may not expect to take your car out every now & then as the space was limited & compact). I didn't like the food much, it was not that tasty and was over priced. Better to have your meals somewhere outside, there are plenty of veg and non-veg options available nearby.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located right opposite to railway station. Well managed. Room was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again on our next trip. Didn't try the food.

It was a nice comfortable experience. The rooms are neat clean and spacious| Service is good. Food is good but felt it was expensive. It is close to the temple. The room service was very good. Staff are helpful and respond quickly to any requirements

Located on a busy street, about 10min drive from the Railway junction. Check in takes 15-20min. Though we were travelling as a family with a child, as well as elderly, the hotel did not provide a double bed for us. We were forced to take twin bedded rooms despite prior booking and intimation that we had a small child. Rooms per say are quite clean. Not very spacious though. Good enough for a night or two stay. Restaurant staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast spread was not very extensive, but the food taste was quite decent. Coffee and juices were a letdown though. Room service is very expensive. One cup of instant coffee was Rs.130!!! Overall verdict: Good value for money for stay, but the restaurant is too expensive. Will recommend booking for a short stay.

Don't expect good service at room. Food is very expensive. Better eat outside the hotel. Don't book through any internet platform. You will be thrown out of room after 12 pm . They don't give even one hour Grace time. Waste of money for food.

First of all, be very careful while booking online (like booking.com). Their accounts are already hacked and I am getting annoying messages from their booking.com account to click on some links to confirm the booking. I am attaching the screenshot. Poor people who do booking online will click on these links thinking that it’s genuine link and will be hacked/screwed.The front office customer service is very poor. When tried calling them in the night to tell this, they said call after 10 AM next day. When called next day around 11 AM, he said I am not in front of the Computer, so call after sometime. I think, they should be sent for some training to learn manners. Anyway, it was a very great experience to know that these kind of people exists in hospitality industry.
