Hotel Fenicia

Hotel and most of the staff were lovely, shame about one of them who stole money out of my friends bag whilst cleaning the room though! Manager originally seemed sympathetic.....but how that changed once he viewed my friends very fair review- simply advising future customers to invest in getting a safe in the room. Our room key was blocked once he saw the review, and his attitude completely changed towards us. I have never written a bad review in my life, but felt the managers attitude deemed it acceptable. Food was great, and location was perfect for us. Thankfully, due to us being a positive bunch, our holiday wasn't ruined by the stolen money incident and the managers poor attitude.

Great hotel for the money. Extremly clean and good food and drinks always available. Fantastic, helpful staff let us keep around until we needed to leave at 6pm. Down side, there's no proper pool for a swim but there is a pool so sit in to cool down which was more than adiquate. Thanks for a great holiday!

Dear Santiago, thank you for your prompt reply regarding my personal review Having just had our second evening meal I would like to applaud you and your conscientious hard working staff on delivering a variety of well cooked and a tasty extensive variety of foods to suit all 👍👍👍👍 Just checked into this hotel, first impressions are that the hotel is well situated. It is clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equiped with 32" flat screen tv 📺, coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. Went up to the roof terrace, well the views are spectacular, there are plenty of sunloungers and also a splash pool with play equipment for the 3 to 7 year olds. There is a lovely man serving drinks in the bar who makes everyone so welcome, the bonus he is Scottish and speaks English and Spanish, he is friendly, polite and professional. The spirits are top shelf which is a real positive and the beer 🍺 is pleasing. We still have to try the cocktails, hopefully they wont disappoint. The buffet evening meal I have to say is very good and extensive as there is so much choice ranging from cold cooked meats through to pork chops and fried fish, chips, potatoes and vegetables etc. There is also a childrens buffet which includes the usual chips, burgers, ham and cheese grills etc . Plenty of dessert options including self service ice cream machines. The bar next to the lifts on the ground floor is slightly dated but comfortable and the bar staff are friendly and deliver the drinks very quickly, well that was until about 9.30pm when the queues start to form, which in all honesty is expected, however 1 person serving at each bar is inadequate especially having queued for 20 minutes and seeing a man order 12 drinks on one card. Three of the drinks were coffee ☕. Why isn't there a self-service coffee machine? This would significantly reduce the queues at the bar. The free WIFI is pretty good within the building, its a bit hit and miss on the roof terrace but overall its a big thumbs up ☝ The bonus is a second seating area for meals that is a calm environment to enjoy your meal. Great for couples 👍👍👍👍 The choice and quality of the breakfasts, lunch and evening meals have been fantastic and is worthy of 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to use the indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi or gym because having so many other things to do. The housekeeping of the bedroom has been fantastic and I would like to say that all the staff have been fantastic. Thank you for a great week, we will definately return again.

The hotel is not good! We booked a room with a double bed and balcony but got neither. There was one plug for electrisity in the bath room and one in the main room. So it made it very difficult to charge phones etc. My husband needs a breathing machine when he sleeps but the electricity contact was to far away. The rooms are big but I would never choose this hotel again.

The Blackpool of Spain... lots of old people, plenty of cheesiness, but it is a happy clean and friendly place. Its definitely not a high end place with rips on the sofa and rusty bars on the windows, but the room is clean and comfy and it is just 2 minutes from the beach

We have spent a wonderful week here the service and the food was amazing. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly in all departments from cleaners to reception and catering . Special shout out and many many thanx for KAMI/Kameron the manager of the catering and department we apricate the effort, hard work , and service! Also many thanx for Cristian in the reception for being very nice and helpful And Christian And Shaheet in catering department.

The hotel has a great restaurant and a nice bar but the rooms are not very good. They are antiquated, the beds are not that nice and the decoration is not pleasant. The pool is cool though

Not a bad hotel very centre which I like, good rooms but a bit on the old side , but over all this is our second time here and would come back again.
