The husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! First of all, Hotel Magic's location is great - a short walk from the bus station, the post office, all kinds of stores and restaurants, the funicular (or path) up to El Sitio and the Fort - and the beautiful beach. ||Everyone on the staff was really nice, but I must give a special shout-out to Mariana at the front desk. She was so nice and friendly and helpful - we like to eat at super-local places, and Mariana gave us some great recommendations. (Loved loved loved O Braseiro's grilled chicken - we ordered takeout and enjoyed the feast at the table in our room.) ||We stayed in a room on the second floor of "The Gold Building," which had a different (secure) entrance than the main entrance. It was so quiet and clean and bright and spacious. (There's an elevator, if you're wondering.)||The breakfast (included with our reservation) had ample and tasty offerings, and the staff was very accommodating, making sure I got enough ice to make my morning wake-up beverage, iced tea!||Nazaré is a wonderful place to visit - we were there during the off-season and enjoyed walking, wandering, watching the huge waves - and the Hotel Magic is a perfect place to stay. ||We sincerely hope to return next year, and stay longer so we can explore more of the area.
