Hotel Magic Villa Benidorm

Staying here at moment. Rooms are adequate and beds comfortable. Not sure why the hotel has filled in balconies to extend rooms? Outside seating area is perfect to relax and people watch.|Pool area again clean and adequate.|Drink selection good. Breakfast good. Other meals not for me but depends what you eat.|Hotel is part of a chain so if all inclusive you can use facilities at other hotels. Also bar on beach called starz that you can use and get free drink!!! |All in all good value

Just posting this sat by the pool after checking out. We visited the magic last year and came back again this as we enjoyed our experience. Again this time we weren’t disappointed. We were able to check in on arrive around 12pm as our rooms were ready. Friendly staff and maids who cleaned rooms daily. Pool area is amazing and loads of beds with a spacious pool. Will definitely be returning!

Went last week and honestly can't fault the hotel! Before going I was really anxious after reading reviews. Asked my partner to change hotels he didn't and I'm glad! Women on reception when checking in was great had a laugh with us and we asked if we could upgrade to a room with a terrace she sorted this for us and was definitely worth the little extra. Rooms were clean and just what we needed for a few nights stay. Our flight home wasn't until night time. We were able to leave our bags and use the pool and bar all day. Would definitely return.

This hotel had a variety of reviews ranging good to poor so we approached the visit with an open mind and we're not disappointed.||The staff were helpful, professional and accomodating to most requests.||I'll be honest, I misplaced my passports on the last night and Bea on reception went beyond the call to assist, checking CCTV, key entry logs and contacting Jet2 who we'd booked with. Bea spoke excellent English and with my Faltering Spanish, I was given enough information to go to bed with a smallish headache.||Spanish is the main language of staff, I was pleasantly surprised that they encouraged the use of Spanish. A mixture of Spanish, English and sign. Language worked well during stay.||The room, foyer, bar, pool area were clean, tidy and serviced regularly.||Breakfast was spectacular with lots of choices. Las comidas son muy deliciosos. Little niggle, juice was a little sweet for my palate but watered down - perfecto.||The bar selection was adequate, reasonably priced and Fran, very helpful and entertaining.||I used the pool most days - refreshing and long enough to get 40 laps. What more could a girl want? There were sufficient loungers plus the hotel has a "reserve with a towel policy but no use for 20 minutes, your towel will be removed"||The roof top is just that. No bells and whistles but great to look at Benidorm from. There were a number of guests using so it wasn't horrendous. Not my cuppa... ||The hallways were tired. The decor dated in places but you get what you pay for. This is the area where improvements can be made.||Finally location is perfect, close to the beach, promenade, pubs, clubs and shops. ||Muchas gracias Hotel Magic Villa Benidorm por tu Hospital dad.

Great location if you want to be in the thick of it very run down carpets very old walls looking old look dirty because of age but kept very clean with excellent cleaning team bar very small again good staff and branded drinks pool area good kept to high standard front doesn’t look pleasing to eye but best place for people watching kept clean lots of chairs and tables to sit at restaurant not big but excellent staff food not to good apart from the Friday everything was excellent all in all wouldn’t go back because very run down needs refurbished and no balcony to have that morning brew or last drink x excellent beach bar that’s included in allinclusive until 6 entertainments not that entertaining been to excellent show in Benidorm hotel just disappointed biggest problem balcony and the look of hotel all staff superb and location good

Well I’m writing a pre review based on comments already posted and my initial thoughts. Firstly, I love the replies from the hotel manager. That’s a sign the team care about what guests think, and this goes a long way in how I think i will be looked after whilst staying. I have never been to Benidorm before, so I have nothing to compare with my typical adventures, but we have all heard the stories so I am a little wary about this trip. The comments have all said the same thing, staff are amazing, clean rooms and good food. I don’t really mind that it looks dated, I like a comfy bed, air con and a good breakfast, so it’s ticking all the boxes so far. Look forward to meeting you next week!!

Staff were extremely polite. Rooms were clean. My toilet had a leak I reported it to staff they sent a repair guy up who fixed the problem with in a hour or two. Hotel is a bit dated but if you just want somewhere so sleep this is great. Will definitely come back here.
