Hôtel Maison Chiberta

Had an ok experience. Room was basic but fine. This is really a hotel for Golfers. If that’s not your thing you should probably look elsewhere. Restaurant is fine. Service is cordial but distant. Location is pretty but again mainly for golfers. Parking is a real headache as large parts seem reserved for the gold club members.

Disaster customer care and service since the beginning ( on the phone to book the room till the departure except Adrien and a young woman ( Saturday afternoon with a foreign accent) at the front desk were the only ones who care and felt accountable ) - Indoor pool allowed to kids who disturb the serenity and calm of the pool and wellness place to join the space ! And the spa employee Coralie , just suggested us « to talk to the front desk » instead of taking actions … Rooms aren’t cozy enough and if you have a room with a view over the parking lots: forget it ! The only thing we really enjoyed : the brunch ! Very simple but good produces and food - But come earlier enough to have a nice table - Employees not trained enough for this kind of hotel prices and kind of guests

We went for diner with friends, hostess took a very long time to take us to our table as she was busy with a group. A server finally arrived after around 10 mn to take our order, he was not very corteous and in a hurry, the ordered water never arrived. It’s a pity as the food is excellent and surroundings beautiful. All the rest of the personal was friendly and very nice. It seems that we were unlucky to meet the 2 unpleasant persons in the whole team.

Brunch very pleasant- Rooms not as cozy as expected ( especially when the view is right above the parking lots ..) but the MOST unpleasant key point : some employees are completely ignorant about the services and not customer-ce truc meaning you have to ask 2 to 3 person to get the information right - |Then : it’s not an adult only hotel , we were literally pushed to quit the indoor swimming pool bc of a kid ( and his parents ) was shouting, running , playing loudly in the pool - there’s an external pool and the indoor pool and spa is supposed to be a place to relax therefore quiet - after speaking with a spa employee ( Coralie ) to ask her to mention it to the parents , she didn’t care very much -and instead of taking actions she answer us “ please contact the front desk !!!” |Personal / employee very young and obviously not trained for this kind of hotel and guests .

Beautifully decorated restaurant, and the food was equally tasty.

Great location, right in front the golf first hole and the practice. Hotel ground and service was very good. It’s a shame the room are not to a higher standard for such a location. All was very clean and the bed was very confortable but it needs a refresher in term of the room and corridor. Best place if you want to be on the golf course

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a business trip. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet which makes for a better sleep. My room had views over the golf course so everything was nice a green when I looked out the window. If you are a golfer (which I am not) you have the course on the doorstep! It looks like an interesting course which seems to right around the hotel, as far as the beach and back!||||The beach is about a 5 minute walk away and is excellent for surfing with several surf schools and reasonably large waves!||||The food at the hotel was very good, though the selection was not huge, but it was the low season which might explain why.||||If you are after night-life then there is not a lot around, but if you want a quiet get away with the odd round of golf then it's a good place to come.

I want to start off by thanking the staff for their warm welcome (especially the reception girls who went above and beyond for me). - Merci.||||Hotel was clean and room was a good standard having a beautiful view over the golf course. ||||The Breakfast however let the place down, being below average along with the outside grounds of the hotel being dated.
