Hotel Maison Italia 1029

Incredibly helpful staff (in our experience they spoke English and Spanish, but they could speak more) who were very accommodating and kind. The rooms are very sweet, clean and have everything we needed. We loved the patio/balcony with its plants and awning for shade. The only complaint there would be that they need more plant growth between the balconies of the different rooms. There was a divider but we could see right through it and we were lucky not to be out there at the same time as other guests. The location is amazing for walkability to tons of bars and restaurants around the neighborhood. They had bikes they would lend if we wanted to try the bike paths. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we took advantage of it being delivered to our room to eat on the patio. The were able to give me gluten free bread for the toast both mornings and had delicious fresh avocado and jam served with it. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it!

My husband and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Maison Italia in December 2025. We needed to adjust our reservation, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. That hospitality continued from the moment we arrived. The room was neat, the hotel was well-designed and quiet, and we especially loved the little shared terrace on the third floor, as a little extra sitting area. Brunch in the courtyard before check-out was also a highlight. The location is truly excellent, in a lively, walkable neighborhood with lots of excellent restaurants. It’s also close to the metro, which made it easy to explore other parts of Santiago, as well.

Lovely small hotel with next level service from the wonderful staff at the front desk. They could not have been more helpful and knowledgable. The location is great. The rooms are cute and have fabulous balconies. The only grizzle is they are quite small. And our shower was a bit leaky. But those were minor faults. I can also recommend the shop downstairs nearest to the hotel entrance.

I loved this little hotel. I had a beautiful little room with a lovely veranda. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are awesome. Location is in the Italy district which is very safe, artsy and offers many restaurants. Don't hesitate to book here.

Lovely rooms and a helpful front desk. Nice common spaces. They allowed us to park our car in a spot out front which was very convenient. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood.

Really gorgeous hotel with the kind and friendly staff who carried our luggage up manually as the elevator is still under repair. The room is sufficient, with a good hot shower. There even was an espresso machine which we didn’t use. The patio definitely enhances the sense of space and is great in the day. The included breakfast at the adjoining cafe is a pure delight! I will be back!

Such an adorable hotel that makes you feel like you’re at home but better because my house isn’t decorated as nice. Truly lovely stay, breakfast was also delicious. Don’t miss out on the pancakes!

Loved everything...very warm welcome! Room was not ready on arrival ( 11 am) got a drink voucher...half an hour later we got the keys. Got a beautiful room with a little terrace! The rooms are compact but very practical and very clean. Loved the coffee machine! Constanza and William at the front desk are amazing...! Super friendly...they even organised a take away breakfast on departure as we had to leave at 4 am! Excellent breakfast! The location is perfect....lots of trendy bars and restaurants in walking distance. Our favourite Casa Luz and Fuego de Momo! We can highly recommend a stay at Maison Italia!
