Hôtel Maison Mère

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, the staff were all lovely and helpful. We briefly mentioned our daughter’s birthday and her room was decorated with balloons by the time she got to it, and at breakfast the next day we were served special drinks and cake. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished and in good order. Perhaps a little small, but hey it’s a big city, space is premium and much better a decent sized comfortable bed. Bathroom was good, shower excellent. Bar and communal spaces stylish and comfortable.. Breakfast was good and generous. Location perfect, not too busy an area all clean and safe. Metro very close and lots of great bars and restaurants all within 5-10min walk. We’d stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Mere. We felt so welcome. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere at the hotel is so cosy. The room was comfortable and the beds were perfect. Lovely breakfast buffet with lots of treats to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located at the foot of Montmartre and there are plenty of nice restaurants and patisseries in the direct neighbourhood. We cannot wait to come back.

A family of four with two teenagers. We experienced two different room types, interconnecting and the family room. The interconnecting better given two bathrooms, however the family had a nice touch of converting to a hamman which being winter we used and loved. The family room also had two little Juliette balconies which would be nice to open onto in summer. |The hotel staff were incredible providing advice and translating things for us. They even found us a hairdresser appointment at the last minute for 3 of us. |Communication was seamless and attentive, the nice touches such as a welcome champagne and little touches in the room make you feel very special. |Great location, metro very close and all the hip and cool restaurants and bars within close walking reach. Loved it and more.

The greatest first experience in Paris ever. Super clean and cozy hotel, with amazing front desk staff who are always ready to help. The room is so intimate and small, but it makes the experience that much better. The management is amazing, helping me sort through an issue that I had! I will be coming back to Maison Mere when I visit Paris in the near future!

Came for a weekend with family. |Hotel is well situated to visit the tourist sites. Close to 2 metro stations ( 10mins walk). Quiet neighborhood but lots of restaurants/bistros nearby.|We stayed in a triple room which was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Powerful shower. |Staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good. Can’t fault the stay.|Highly recommended

At the very last minute I was forced into changing hotels and Maison Mere proved to be a perfect solution. From the welcoming staff, spacious and comfortable room and a fabulous rainfall shower, the hotel was perfect. Good location too for visiting the rest of Paris.

Amazing and personalized stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to make Paris feel like home. From personalized notes, to a hot latte on arrival; to a delicious bottle of wine and even heated towels it was a pleasure to live here. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel from December 28 to January 1. Since it was a last-minute booking, we were informed we would need to switch rooms on December 31, and the staff assured us they would move our bags if we packed them. However, after we packed, the staff lost one of our bags and never apologized or followed up on their mistake. Losing our belongings was unacceptable, and the least they could have done was acknowledge their error with a note. We’ll never stay here again.
