Hotel Majestic

Hotel Majestic in Riscone exceeded all expectations. Everything was outstanding, from the food and wellness area to the overall service. I would especially like to highlight our waiter, Salvatore, who was exceptional—always smiling, offering excellent wines and coffees, and even the way he generously sprinkled Parmesan on our starters. His warm personality always lifted our spirits. He is someone any restaurant would be fortunate to have and every guest would be delighted to be served by. We will definitely come back; the only requirement is to stay healthy.

The hotel is proudly run by a family and it does feel like they are welcoming you into their huge home, from the small gesture of having a blackboard by the reception welcoming everybody checking in on the day. The staff must also be treated as part of the family as they all seem to be really connected to the place and proud to be working there. The rooms are huge and it was great to have a view of the towering Kronplatz as long as the weather allowed it.|Their bar has a great cocktail menu and wine list and also offers bites until dinner time starts. The breakfast is a magnificient spread with morning bubbly included. There is lots to do in the area but the gym and the spa are great options in bad weather. Would love to retun again in the second half of 2026 after their new rooftop pool is finished.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – A Stay to Remember! We had an unforgettable stay at Das Majestic Hotel in Brunico – without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible facilities that go above and beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. But the absolute highlight of our stay? THE FOOD. The buffet is simply out of this world – better than any other hotel we’ve ever visited. Not only is the selection incredible, but the quality is exceptional. And what makes it even better? The team never says no! Always happy to offer more, accommodate every request, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re fully satisfied. It’s like having your own private feast every day! The service is truly next level. A very special mention goes to Vesna, who gave us the best service we’ve ever experienced. Her kindness, availability, and willingness to go the extra mile was unforgettable. She truly made our stay special. Also a big thank you to Giulia – always smiling, warm, and welcoming – she made every interaction a joy. Jack, the live chef, was a star! Always there cooking fresh meals on the spot, never stopping, always smiling, always positive – we looked forward to seeing him every day. And last but not least, Elmar, the lovely receptionist who gave us fantastic advice on hiking routes and local tips. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made planning our days a breeze. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and super clean – the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring. We highly recommend Das Majestic to anyone looking for a luxurious and heartwarming experience in the mountains. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

First time skiing in Italy after many visits to Austria and France. The Majestic is a large very well run hotel with very hard working friendly polite staff (the head barman, the chatty guy on the egg station, Vesna our excellent table waitress and the brilliant housekeeping staff). The hotel allow dogs, all of which were well behaved except one small trophy dog that was always barking. Unfortunately they were near our room resulting in us being disturbed and awoken in the early hours. We also had a problem with the room directly above us with noise, a constant thudding of persons running up and down lasting to around midnight and starting again early morning but that could happen anywhere and maybe we were just unlucky. After raising the issue, Romy kindly provided us with a gift from the hotel shop to compensate which was appreciated. |The only other downside was the behaviour of some of the children running around the hotel and jumping in and out of the pool unsupervised but the few always spoil it for the rest. The evening meal was a bit fancy for me, it was great for real foodies but I could always get a substitute on the menu that suits me. Unfortunately the food was served tepid or cold on a number of occasions but this improved slightly as the week went on. I think it was because the restaurant was full to capacity. The apres ski food was always to a great standard and when in the bar area having a drink nibbles were always given which was nice touch. The hotel has a good heated boot room and after getting kitted out you just walk to the always available mini buses that ferry you to and from the hotel to the gondola station, we never waited, this service is brilliant. The room we had on the first floor was large with a big walk in shower and also a bath with good quality products including bathrobes. The pool area has an inside-outside pool with an outside jacuzzi and upstairs there’s a large sauna and a natural ice cold pool. The hotels not the cheapest but we really enjoyed our stay.

Great quality. Very cosy rooms, great and profesional service, delicious dinner, ski depot, very nice sauna and swimming pool area, ski bus to the slopes. Great stay with family during winter break. But the hotel is rather for adults or older kids because does not have a large selection of dishes for breakfast or dinner, which consists of several very exquisite dishes chosen every morning from the menu (two options to choose from). For small children such a concept, especially dinner, may be problematic and not very diverse. But we consider these dinners to be a very big advantage of the hotel and its high quality. So very recommend for adults and older children.

Very good hotel, nice, well-kept, worth visiting! The rooms are very well furnished, the beds are comfortable and modern. Especially the bathrooms are very nicely done! The food is very tasty and sometimes even sophisticated (there is a children's menu). The service is very nice, helpful, can advise where to go in the area. The pool is indoor and outdoor and there are many saunas. The hotel is located in a very good location. I really recommend it!

Das Majestic is located just outside Riscone, near Brunico, in front of the golf course/sport area that in winter turns into a cross country loop. The Kronplatz ski-lifts are close and an excellent shuttle service is provided by the hotel.|The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, however in a somehow classic/outdated style. Cleanness is very good and the amenities supply adequate, even though the lack of proper tea/coffee facilities came as a surprise and the charge of Eur 1 for a coffee pod leaves a bitter taste.|The food offer is excellent, the breakfast amply caters for all tastes and the afternoon breakfast is generous both in quantity and time availability. The dinner consists of a 4-course meal of mostly sophisticated cuisine, even though occasionally some below-par dish appears. Service is excellent and kind.|The spa and wellness area are amongst the main attractions of Das Majestic, and indeed it offers a good variety of adequately sized saunas and steam baths, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and few comfortable relax areas, plus a decent gym. There is also a great outdoor sauna with a small lake and an amazing jacuzzi, unfortunately without a proper relax area, replaced though by a cosy hut with a fireplace. |The only shortcoming of the spa area is the lack of ready-available towels.|Das majestic has also a very well equipped game area with most of the games available for free, only few surprisingly require a coin to be played. |The hotel also has a Guest Club and offers some discounts that however seem impossible to use at check-out and come across more as marketing tools than actual vouchers!||All in all an excellent hotel and highly recommended: it is ranked 4-star superior but it is definitely close to a 5-star than a 4-star hotel!
