Great location, very clean comfortable stay. Room was great, shower fab!! Couple corridors to walk through depending on room, lift available it covers from breakfast room -1 to floor 4. Breakfast has something to cater for most appetites, the room is small so when busy can be a bit of a squeeze. 1 toaster so need to be patient. Good selection of tea, coffee and juice. Staff very nice and clean tables quickly. Check in was easy too. Tram stops very close to hotel, literally 1-2 minutes walk.

Very well appointed hotel. Very clean rooms and traditional polish breakfast, buffet style. Helpful staff too. Able to leave luggage after late check out of 11 am until we needed to collect it.|Our room faced a small park. We had a small fridge, sofa, table and chairs. It was wonderful. Towels changed daily. Highly recommend the pizza restaurant outside hotel entrance in the courtyard too.|Lovely vegan restaurant next door.trams and buses outside too and a five minute walk to the Old Town square.

hotel close to main square (Rynek). room was spacious and comfortable. beds comfy . fridge and safe in room. complementary still and sparkling water, tea, coffee and kettle in room. lots of storage space. walls are thin but generally we slept well in our stay. no cuity tax. reception helpful. breakfast was really nice with good choice of cooked and continental. looked newly renovated in all areas

A great hotel to stay at. Within easy walking distance from Krakow Old Town. Friendly staff. Good sized room which was always very well maintained. Buffet breakfast was ample, plenty of choice to suit everyone. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Lovely little hotel the room was small but comfortable slept really well. The receptionist was efficient speedy check in and loaned us a travel adapter as I'd forgotten mine. Breakfast included and we enjoyed what was on offer

I stayed here with my family from December 22th to 25th. These are important days to Polish people, but we still had a very pleasant stay! The rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. I appreciated the fact that you can adjust the heating temperature (which isn't possible in some hotels), and the fact that we each had a single bed! I didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a window :( The staff is available for anything! One of the receptionist helped us find what to do and where to eat on Christmas Eve, since most places and attractions are closed. The breakfast is not varied, they served pretty much the same things everyday, but everything was delicious and fresh! Overall we had a very good time and I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Krakow!

Lovely clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast with lots of options, very short walk from main square and we enjoyed our stay so booked again for this year. The bed was very comfy and room nice and warm In December

We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor.|Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle.|Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight.|All the staff where friendly and attentive.||My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street is very loud at night.

This hotel has a restaurant. And there are happy hours (from 13:00 till 16:00). During these hours you can order from a "milkbar" page. There are soup and a main dish for 16zl. Quality of food is average. I don't recommend fried food, because oil was old. Service was good. And the last thing. The food is served on square and flat-bottom plates. If you want to know why this is bad design, than you should definitely visit the place :)
