Their hotel service is really bad.
1. Room cleanliness is so-so, not that clean. The room was smelly.
2. TV remote is out of battery. Husband went to reception to collect himself yet they said will send over staff to send it to the room, until 2nd day there was no action.
3. We unfortunately forgot to bring along our room access card and went for breakfast in the lobby. We asked for reception help, and then the staff served us with a rude attitude and no smile at all.
4. On the 2nd day, staff called us that our room's air conditioner had been down. Can't fix it yet, only able to provide us air cooler.
Really disappointed with this hotel. I never complained about any hotel before, and this is the 1st time. My advice is please improve your services and have good maintenance for your hotel. Honestly, this hotel has the advantage of a strategic location. Thank you.
