Hotel Mall Palace

The hotel property is slightly old so maybe a little problem for those looking for a lavish modern built property but that is the only con. Everything else is great about this hotel - food is decently priced and delicious, location is right at the middle of mall road so perfect, valet parking is also available, staff are courteous and polite, all rooms have balcony - some have private balcony others have a big common balcony for big groups/family. The restaurant is on the top floor and really good as well. Hotel tariff is also very good compared to hotels in the surroundings. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for all kinds of guests whether family, couples or groups of friends. Thank you Hotel Mall Palace for serving us well :)

Experience is not good. Their room and other things like bed, blanket, towel are like once you see you never want to use it. Hotel provide torn and used bed sheet, blanket. Highly dis-satisfied with the hotel quality. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Worst hotel to stay because of following reasons:- 1. Rooms are dirty and unhygienic. 2. Washroom wash basen are broken , No soap, No shampoo, No dental kit. 3. Poor service of food and if you even order lemon they will charge for it. 4. Monkey are coming on there room balcony often to steal the food. Unsafe environment. It's always to stay to other property on mall road instead of this worst hotel. There staff have only 1 excuse that this hotel in soon going for renovation.

This hotel is located in a heart of mussoorie with a perfect valley view from room balcony. Food and service is awesome. We had mix pakora in a rainy day and enjoy with a lovely view. Next day we had chatpata gobhi ka paratha which is mouth littering. This hotel is on mall road and very close market. We enjoyed a lot ..cleanness is 10 out of 10, staff is very helpful and a call away.

I had a worst experience with this hotel. They are not at all maintaining it. They charged 8k for this room and it was so untidy. From spotted bedsheets to pillow cover, walls of the room, broken locks of cupboards. Never taking the hospitality from them.

This hotel did not give refund , if you cancel your booking due to any natural calamities.

Great budget-friendly hotel located just behind the Cable Ropeway Station and close to Mall Road. The service is excellent, food is tasty, and the staff is very cooperative. Perfect for a comfortable and affordable stay!
