Hotel Mamallaa Heritage

Breakfast was very tasty. Nice of them to cook extra food, that wasn't included in the buffet, and bring it to our table. Was a struggle to shower every day with the hot water being extremely inconsistent out of the shower. It was very rarely consistent and at most times come out in fast bursts or not come at all. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and lighting was working well. Beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, I would say this hotel is 3.5 stars out of 5.

Everything about this hotel is good the food the location and the service, the place is situated at the prime location from where everything is accessible at approx ~2km and you can walk and travel to explore the places. We stayed there for 3 days it was a pleasent and cozy stay, the swimming pool is also accessible from morning to evening and it has kids pool so that you can enjoy fully with family.

Comfortable stay and the swimming pool was very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. 3rd floor room had a good view , the roof terrace could do with some tidying up. The breakfast was decent, and we found the staff to be friendly. Very handy location for the town and temples.

We stayed at this hotel in 1 night, and our experience was very bad. This hotel was booked by our tour & travel agents. When the booking was made, we had requested for an early check-in. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM and requested for an early check-in, the front desk denied, saying no rooms were available. However, after our travel agents spoke to them, we were able to check in at 11:30 AM, even though 4-5 rooms were already empty. We had to wait at the reception for an hour, and the front desk staff's behavior was very bossy. Food: The breakfast had very few varieties, and all the food was cold. If the food was running out, it was not being replenished. The taste of the food was also not good. Overall, it was a waste of money to stay at this hotel. I was not happy with my stay here.

Loved the overall decor & the service of the hotel. It has swimming pool, tea party setup, basic service is good. The decor especially at night is excellent. The beds could have a bit larger especially when u r travelling with a 5 year old kid.||Location of the hotel is also excellent.

Perfect location from the tourist spot. The hotel is located on the main road very close to the shore temple and the other tourist places. Everything is on a walkable distance from this hotel. There are a lot of eatery around too. There is also a bus stop located beside the hotel, which makes the transportation easier for people as there are many taxis available around it. The hotel rooms are decent and clean. The staff are warm nice. The food also is good. They also have a swimming pool which is beautifully surrounded by greenery. Overall The hotel is a good pic for a short stay.

This hotel offers a great balance of affordability, comfort, and location. Families and solo travelers will appreciate the decent rooms and complimentary breakfast. Improvements to the front desk's customer service would elevate the overall experience.

Room was neat but lacked hot water facility in washroom instantaneously. I think mosquito problems exist in rooms. Guests didn't adhere to swimming pool norms. The staffs urged us to vacate the room by 12 noon itself as the check out time was 12 noon. Though we checked in by 6.30pm, there was no generosity towards the guests
