*Hotel Manama* opp St.George Hospital, P D'mello Road, Mumbai 400001 - Pathetic experience Stay date: 6 June check in 7 june 2025 check out Booked suite paid Rs.7250/ hoping to have fabulous stay in South Mumbai but this hotel has, * Arrogant staff starting from reception, house keeping and room service * Bedroom AC was dripping water. Had to witness proper servicing of the ac wasting our two precious hours. After this work no proper cleaning of room. Really pathetic experience. * Intercom phone line was not working again had to waste one more hour for finding fault and fixing it. * No proper bedding in living room. Beds are in bad shape. * Very small rooms. * To give 5 towels literally had to chase for it. * No replenishment with tea kitley * No tv working in bedroom * In the morning witnessed pan gutkha on my car which was very disappointing and when requested hotel staff to clean it, they were not ready to do it. And staff at reception could not get the job done. Only on screaming and shouting one staff reluctantly came out and cleaned it. * Breakfast was not included. * At the time of checking out asked for discount against this pathetic service and non compliance staff at reception refused arrogantly. Two positives: 24 hours hot water and delicious paid breakfast. Bottom line is these people are spoiling the name and hospitality of Amchi Mumbai. Very sad.

I stayed at Hotel Manama in Mumbai for a day and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff was polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment, which made my short stay really pleasant. The location is also convenient for travelers. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality and would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in town. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mumbai. Stayed for 3 days with my family during my pleasure trip to Mumbai. Really appreciate the staff for their dedication and sincerity in serving the guests, especially the restaurant staff. The restaurant food incuding breakfast, lunch and dinner were top in taste with different varieties available. The room cleaning was too good with the house keeping person even keeping my children's clothes strewn all over on the bed neatly by properly folding them on 28-03-2025 (don't know who is he), would really salute him for his dedication. l highly recommend this Hotel at CST for interested travellers.

"Terrible Experience at Hotel Manama – Not Recommended!" I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms don’t have proper water supply. Hygiene and cleanliness are completely ignored. The worst part is the manager, Satyam Shrivastav, who is extremely rude and unprofessional. He argues unnecessarily and has no sense of customer service. On top of that, they overcharge for Bisleri water bottles—selling a ₹20 bottle for ₹30 without providing a bill. This is highly unethical. Overall, a horrible experience. Do not waste your money—stay somewhere else!

Its a well maintained hotel with decent amenities and good staff. Location is very good close to CSMT and other major areas of South Mumbai.

The location is prime as it is in front of Dadar station and in the vicinity of Nariman Point However the service is not very good and for the price charged it’s too much Breakfast is having limited option Room service need to be improved a lot

I have never experienced my life at Panama ever before. It has a wonderful atmosphere and most enjoyable place for family and friends.

cooperative staff. Very bad experience with this hotel. First the cost was through the roof and we booked it thinking it was 3 star but it is worse than a 1 star. There were cockroaches roaming around in the bathroom and in the room as well. Even if the room was clean, this is a serious health hazard. In the name of amenities, they gave a tv and a kettle. We had booked an Executive room but there were no efforts to make the stay better.
