Not worth for the premium amount they charge for their basic rooms. Location is the only advantage you get here. Washroom in the Deluxe Room category are extremely small. Hats off to the engineers who built that for humans. Had to get my room changed. Room service is extremely slow. It's a monumental task for the simplest request such as getting a day's complementary water bottles. TV was just a showpiece there. I do not recommend the hotel for those who are on a vacation to Mumbai. It's suitable only for 1 night stay to catch your train next day from CSMT railway station.

Very unhygienic place, costly also not worth . Lot of parking problems. Cockroachs in room. Too slow service. Reception people not cooperative.At night they switch off the AC , can't sleep properly. Cars after somehow parking were spilled with pan. Bad service.

Worst and most unhygienic hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. They are charging tariffs similar to 4-star hotels, but this place is nothing more than a lodge. Definitely not recommended for families.

Staffs behaviour is so rude that you wanna run any time and the one muslim guard who is thinking himself as the owner of hotel and talked with you very harshly. He doesn't have the manner how to talk with customers.

Average hotel with average facilities. Location wise it's good. Prefer only if you are with your friends not with your family.

*Hotel Manama* opp St.George Hospital, P D'mello Road, Mumbai 400001 - Pathetic experience Stay date: 6 June check in 7 june 2025 check out Booked suite paid Rs.7250/ hoping to have fabulous stay in South Mumbai but this hotel has, * Arrogant staff starting from reception, house keeping and room service * Bedroom AC was dripping water. Had to witness proper servicing of the ac wasting our two precious hours. After this work no proper cleaning of room. Really pathetic experience. * Intercom phone line was not working again had to waste one more hour for finding fault and fixing it. * No proper bedding in living room. Beds are in bad shape. * Very small rooms. * To give 5 towels literally had to chase for it. * No replenishment with tea kitley * No tv working in bedroom * In the morning witnessed pan gutkha on my car which was very disappointing and when requested hotel staff to clean it, they were not ready to do it. And staff at reception could not get the job done. Only on screaming and shouting one staff reluctantly came out and cleaned it. * Breakfast was not included. * At the time of checking out asked for discount against this pathetic service and non compliance staff at reception refused arrogantly. Two positives: 24 hours hot water and delicious paid breakfast. Bottom line is these people are spoiling the name and hospitality of Amchi Mumbai. Very sad.

I stayed at Hotel Manama in Mumbai for a day and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff was polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment, which made my short stay really pleasant. The location is also convenient for travelers. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality and would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in town. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mumbai.
