Hotel Mangart Bovec

We, twowheeltours, stayed in the beautiful valley of Bovec at Mangart on a recent private cycling tour. They had plenty of parking, comfortable rooms, excellent buffet dinner (MUCH MUCH MUCH better than other buffets!) and sportive breakfast. We walked into town for drinks and they had secure locked bike parking. We will be back.

Lovely accommodation that was organised by Slotrips for an ndependent hiking trip. But I'd like to send a huge THANK YOU, to staff member Ana Sulin,for your kindness,who got medicine for me when I'd become unwell with the flu. Ana,your compassion and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten you are an absolute treasure 🥰

We stayed here with Euro Hike, couldn't have been a better location and stay. Amazing service, especially the very accommodating wait staff. The breakfast was also great, huge selection of all kinds of cold cuts, pastries, fresh fruit, Cereals, and other things like eggs and yogurts. Rooms nice with great balconies for coffees or a cold Laskos.

I lead tours and always use Mangart Hotel! Today i want to single out staff member Vesma who took such great care of us during our stay! Vesma, you are a shining example of stellar customer service! Management: give her a raise!

We had a lovely stay at the Mangart. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were good and breakfast was great. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good and I recommend it.

The hospitality at Hotel Mangart was absolutely phenomenal. The hostesses went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. One hostess accommodated my diet when the dinner menu when I was unable to eat what was being served. Another hostess, Ana S. was exceptional from the beginning of my stay to the end. When I lost my sunglasses in town, she went out of her way to give me a pair of her own which she no longer used. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Good hotel, large enough air-conditioned rooms. Breakfast was fine, tasty food but unfortunately it was underground with no views to the beautiful mountain scenery. The outdoor pool was surprisingly very pleasant. Well worth a stay if you find yourself in Bovec.

The room was ok. They however didn’t know how to operate their own spa facilities like the sauna. We reserved it twice, both times it was cold when we arrived. The first time we figured out how to turn it on. The second time we explained to them how to turn it on and we had to wait for more than half an hour before using it. The staff were not very nice and we didn’t get any compensation for the inconvenience.
