Nice inexpensive hotel. Room and bathroom are nice and clean, bed is comfortable and reception very friendly. Do not take a room towards the street. It is super noisy

Excellent service! I was checked in 3 hrs earlier without any hassle. The lady at the front desk is super friendly and empathetic. My bad for not asking for her name! Overall, the service is excellent the room is squeaky clean and the breakfast has a lot of variety. Definitely, I'll come back again if I visit Münster

The outstanding feature of this hotel was the kindness of the receptionist who bent over backwards to help. But there was no parking for motorcycles- parking for the hotel is in the public multi storey opposite. They won't allow motorcycle parking. The only option was for our bikes to be left on the pavement outside or to put them in the cupboard with the trash bins. It was extremely tight but we were grateful. The room was clean and spacious. No air conditioning but a fan available. It was very close to the railway station so too noisy to leave the window open. Breakfast was plentiful but basic - a full continental spread and the offer of scrambled egg. Short walk to the city centre. No lift to the rooms (not a problem for us). Good wi fi

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were very pleased with everything. The triple room was spacious and the full size beds were very comfortable. There was a good breakfast buffet each morning and the staff were always polite and helpful. Its an easy stroll into the centre of Munster and with the train station nearby you are well placed for exploring the area. In Munster there are a good selection of shops and cafes etc, but not much English is spoken - menus in German only, take a phrase book!

A clean and well located hotel in a good location in Münster. Rooms OK space, but the hotel lacks charm and personality. Too much plastic and it appears to me to be just the level above the classic motorway hotel chains. Staff OK friendly though. Critical weakness, the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold, really annoying and it was early in the morning so not a lot taking a shower at the same time.

We spent 4 nights here-modern/BIg room-mini-fridge, little bar-a standing stainless steel fan which was chic and worked well to keep room cool. The rooms have names, not numbers-ours was "Munchen"-wonderful staff/breakfast is extra(we avoid ALL mediocre costly 'breakfasts" in European hotels-7-13 euros per person per day-a total waste of money). Great bed/no elevator-must drag suitcases up stairs-other than that, it was perfect!

The room itself was really clean. However, the decor is strikingly outdated. The hotel was really quiet: during our stay we saw two other guests.||The most uncomfortable part of our stay was that the service personnel came to the room unannounced without knocking on the door more than once. To be honest, this felt really creepy - even though they probably just were trying to do their job. Regardless, I felt uncomfortable staying in the room when I could not be sure that no one is entering without permission.||The breakfast was mediocre. But beware of the steel thermos in which the coffee is served: hot coffee and steam can explode on you when you are trying to pour it. This happened to us twice and it lead to burns. We tried to explain the incident the second time it occurred but the staff member was not interested (maybe we had a language barrier as we do not speak German). ||All and all, we survived but definitely would not visit again.
